customer service was impecable here. everybody here was so friendly and helpful! Dejon was the one that helped out my daughter and son and the experience was quite enjoyable. no complaints here! (:

Horrible service today I came in today with my husband and was assisted by an Asian young employee with glasses no welcoming no conversation I asked him about our bill he asked to see my cell then said system is down then I asked what should we do meanwhile he said you can wait or do it at home I walked up and walked out this is horrible customer service Verizon please hire people who have better customer communication skills and know better English! Very interesting store. I was here for the very simple transfer account, but was directed to use the online/phone service instead. The CSR, tried to explain to me why he couldn't help using rather insulting and intiminating english which suggested to me that likely the conversation is going towards hostile and racist and i had to confront. So, I said my thanks and ran out from this store. Second time working with Dejon. He has been so helpful. He makes the process so easy, is always supportive and has a great attitude. I highly recommend seeing him for all your phone needs. Verizon is lucky to have him!
