I do not recommend this Verizon store based on my personal experience. The staff presented a deal that initially seemed clear, but after completing it I encountered significant problems that were not addressed properly. I had to visit the store three to four times to seek a resolution, yet no practical solution was provided. Communication was inconsistent, and responsibility for fixing the issue was repeatedly shifted rather than resolved. Came in today and The Manager Miguel was most definitely helpful to myself and my husband ! Everything we asked for he assisted us with well manners and kindness he’s definitely a good example of how management should take care of his customers ! Thank you Miguel
We worked with Krystal over the course of four days. She was extremely patient with us as we transferred our phones over from another carrier. She answered every question we had and was very knowledgeable and responsive with follow-up communication after we left the store. Krystal made our experience seamless and pleasant.
