Verizon store experience are universally bad. This was no different. Terrible customer service would be an understatement. I have just lost my phone and was at this store to get my SIM activated to another phone. Instead of helping out on the task on hand, the rep went all about the insurance support and what not for 30 minutes. Even for that they were ill informed about the process told us fo do it online. Kevin gave us an AMAZING CS experience after waiting almost 30 minutes (we were walk ins) to be fair on a Friday afternoon, he was well worth the wait. Not pushy … no attitude (laid back) and very attentive. If you want a rep that will go above and beyond giving you a VIP feel. Ask for Kevin.
Kevin helped me find my iphone by not taking no as an outcome, unlike the people at Apple. He really provided top notch customer service!!!
I switched to Verizon based on a clear promise that my monthly bill would be $148. Instead, I received a $475 bill, which was never explained or agreed upon. After multiple visits and discussions, I was told my bill would be corrected to $168, but this situation should never have happened in the first place. This feels misleading and unprofessional. I recently upgraded my phone line and phone at this location and had a great experience. The team at Verizon was very knowledgeable about the different options and provided me with great service. Was able to upgrade everything within 45 minutes.
