My husband upgraded his phone to a new model, and unfortunately returning his older phone was more complicated than we anticipated. Fortunately, we had Sylvester R. as our service representative at Verizon on North Avenue. Sylvester patiently, and thoroughly, worked with us to facilitate not only returning the older phone, but also in ordering a replacement phone for the new one which was lost within 48 hours of the upgrade. Not helpful at all. Spent 45 minutes waiting and then they told me to call customer service and they can’t help.
