Where to start? Lazy employees acted like we were inconveniencing them coming in. Walked in and for help with service a Verizon tech cut off over the phone at Apple. Said they would check us in then didn’t. Asked them simple questions like should we just upgrade there and they said we couldn’t. Clearly we’re more concerned about getting their lunch instead of helping out. Go to Apple instead. They actually know what they are doing and talk to you like a human. Gonna switch.

I had an amazing experience with Sylvester at Verizon! I came in extremely frustrated, but he was incredibly patient and helped me work through my phone insurance issue. Thanks to him, my new phone is being sent today! He took the time to explain everything clearly and made a stressful situation so much easier. Customer service like this is hard to find—Sylvester truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him if you need help!

Sylvestre he is my hero and was very helpful and knowledgeable and resolved my issue as fast as you could say that !!! If you go to north ave and Clybourn in Chicago look for the guy that looks like bill hader anyhow he’s a genius so look for Sylvestre thank you to him and Verizon and btw we need a dozen more if him thank you Roberta Bullock a long time Verizon customer (:

I had a complicated issue with my daughter’s broken phone and misplaced passwords and Kevin at the north in Halstead store in Chicago was a tremendous help. He is calm cool and collected and he knows his stuff. I will recommend Kevin and the entire team to my friends and neighbors.
