Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The entire process felt like a bait-and-switch. We spent time working through quotes and negotiating discounts, only to be told when it came time to finalize everything that those discounts could no longer be applied. The communication was terrible, the lack of transparency was frustrating, and the overall business practices were extremely disappointing. I happened to be traveling for work in Chicago and found that my phone was no longer connecting to wifi or cellular, so I ventured from the convention center early in order to get my phone taken care of. I was nervous at first because I had no idea what I might find in the area, but I had the privilege of meeting Ester and Ozzy. They were able to help me with my phone despite it not being able to connect even to wifi, which was something they hadn't really had to deal with in the past. We came to upgrade our phone. It is unbelievable the store doesn't have a sign-up system when you walk in. Everybody is walking around aimlessly. There is noone in front of the store to greet customers and take names. Why not let people sign-up on a computer?
