My previous experiences with this location had me considering changing to another carrier. But today, after being assisted by Jasmine( who was excellent) I will remain with Verizon.
Amazing experience getting a new sim. Xavier was very helpful - gave us time beyond the closing hour as well to answer questions and to get the card activated.
Herman was very patient with me. He took his time and explained the functions of my phone without attitude. I was sent to another store for pickup and they weren't as friendly so the next day I returned to this store where I was taken care of. Now I'm very knowledgeable about my phone. 👍 Ms. Hinton.
Jasmine was absolutely amazing! She helped me and my boyfriend get an incredible deal We left the store with two brand new phones and two Apple Watches! She made the whole process smooth, easy, and actually fun. Super knowledgeable, patient, and friendly the entire time. If you’re going to Verizon, ask for Jasmine, she’ll take great care of you!
