We just had a great experience at Verizon today. Jasmine was amazing. We are seniors and she walked us through everything! She set up our new phone and showed us how it all worked.

Came to this location to get a new phone and get some help transferring everything over, I wasn’t prepared w the info I needed so it too a lot longer than anticipated but both Jasmine and Sergio were AMAZING!!! They were so patient with me, Jasmine even stayed late to try to finish helping me set everything up and Sergio did everything he could to assist after, they were both so professional and so friendly and patient, genuinely the nicest Verizon staff I’ve EVER encountered!
