I personally would take my business elsewhere but T-Mobile giving me a hard enough time. Now upon coming into this store I understand the working life and wanting to go home for the day but NEVER leave a customer feeling dissatisfied which is insane. They will never get my business
Hi, I had a very stressful experience with Verizon customer service, but I went to the cooperate store, And the manager Kia was amazing! Also the representation Syed! They both went the extra mile to assist me, they had the greatest patience, and didn’t stop until the problem was 100 percent resolved! I want to say I been a customer for almost 11 years, but I’ve never had the wonderful experience like this.. they both went the extra mile to assist me.. They were the absolute greatest!
