Been with verizon almost 20 years and it’s in the toilet now. Completely useless operation — you go in the store for help and they make you call customer service. No clear communication from employees, they’re all just playing on their devices and offer no real support in upgrading your phone or services. Not knowledgable about plans or devices — you’re better off switching phone carriers and spending your money elsewhere.

I went to this location on the 14th of June 2026 and met a STAR. 1) she was EXTREMELY and GENUINELY friendly, 2) knew her job and worked like a PROFESSIONAL that she is. 3) went out of her way to be HELPFUL. 4) Worked at the speed of LIGHT. 5) answered all my questions with all the PATIENCE of an angel. This five pointed STAR’s name is JASMINE STEWART. Thank you Jasmine, it’s been a pleasure working and getting to know you.
