I’ve signed in at this store 45 mins ago, making me the third person in line. Just watched someone that came in 15 mins after me get what they need and leave. All employees are now in the back room, they all just keep leaving the front. I’ve paid this company thousands of dollars and can’t get one useless employee to speak to me.

Went to this store to change carriers from AT&T and I’m so glad I came here because Aaron and Fletcher were Awesome! Thank you so much for your customer service. Ya’ll are bomb.com 😊 I highly recommend them!

I went to this store to take care of some late fees concerning my bill. Aaron Freeman was very attentive and professional. I was a bit worried going in but Mr. Freeman was very understanding. I really appreciated his work ethic

Had solicitors from this location (according to the solicitors) trying to sell us Verizon FiOS. They came to our house and rang our doorbell at nearly 8pm on a school night. We have small kids we had just gotten down to bed! Absolutely unacceptable business practices. If I were a Verizon customer I'd cancel. If I was thinking of changing this would have turned me off from every wanting to go with Verizon.
