Worst Verizon store around. I had a problem with an unwanted app., knucklehead costumer service guy said he could delete that app for $30.00. The only Verizon store that charges you for help. Went to another Verizon store down the street & the customer service guy there took my phone & deleted the problem app in 2 minutes, asked if I owed anything & he said nope, have a nice evening.
Supposed to have an appointment to pick up a device. No appointment made by l2 phone technician and order never placed. Store associate had me just call cs and sent me to the wrong department. Then he went around the corner and hid and never approached me again. Finally got on with another l2 tech and the whole trip became a bust as they could not do any interactions with the store. Total waste of 3 hours today.
Sales people are lier's told me could get phone FREE when they printed out contract was going to have to pay $18.00 per month for 36 months when back immediately to get my old phone back and was was told they had sent it in now we are talking less than a half hour from when I was given the deal. Do not ever sign that electronic pad make them print out what you are signing VERY CROOKED
