This is my family‘s go to Verizon spot. Anytime we go in the staff is always very helpful. This past evening, we were helped by staff member Junior. He is very knowledgeable and patience with any of our request when coming in for assistance. One of the reasons why we’ve been loyal members to Verizon for 20+ yearsThank you!
Jessica is phenomenal, and the other Reps were working well with customers. Store is stocked, clean, for a well organized experience. I started the visit inclined to leave Verizon at the start of the visit, but ended up upgrading 2 phones.
I walked in and waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes. There seems to only be two people working here and a third guy that keeps peeking around from the back, not wanting to help anybody. I’m gonna go find a different Verizon location.
Connor was an amazing sales rep. To the point I wanted to transfer my business account to Verizon….. until just recently Under new management or something but he no longer works there….. Not only did they let someone access my personal stuff they were able to change my number on one of my devices without my authorization.. breach of my information.
