Heather was an amazing help today. I ran into problems at the kiosk and Heather was quick to help and it made all of the difference.
Clean store just slow customer service.
On first arrival, the people working there were very rude just stare straight at you with unpleasant looks. Plus the person that supposedly helped me was very unprofessional came up to you like you are going to steal from them then they would not help you if you didn’t have any identification on you when you just ask for a simple question or rushing you to get you out of their store. Overall just blatantly rude
I have no idea how this store has any bad reviews. I was treated like I was the only person there. Got a new Samsung phone and they did everything for me including porting everything from my old phone. I will return here for any of my Verizon needs.
