Jesus was incredible! I straddle the line between being comfortably familiar with my day-to-day technology needs - and - barely holding on by a string as those daily tech based tools morph into something new. Terrible customer service. They are charging me the 30 days we were offered for free to start internet wifi at home. I never really had the free 30 days to try the item. I ended paying every day. Not only lying to customers but also making false advertising! This company is very poor in customer service! Do not use it if you don’t want to have headaches!

This store seriously has me co soldering leaving Verizon. I are t in with my daughter and pregnant wife. First we got checked in after 2 people who arrived after us. Then there were two more people who arrived and got checked in after we were finally checked in. We then watched the reps go to all 4 people without helping us. Needless to say we left without saying anything. Stuff like that makes me just want to take my business elsewhere where customer service is more of a priority
