Walked into the store just wanting to ask a couple of questions since my fiancé and I are looking to get on the same phone plan. Upon walking into the store, we were not acknowledged and we were standing there for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then once the sales associate asked us what we needed we explained to him our situation and he said we would not be able to get on the same phone plan that day. Visited this Verizon store this morning and Andres was wonderful. He helped us and was very patientand kind. Thank you. Definitely recommend this store.
The amount of time it takes to get a phone ia ridiculous. This isn't a car dealership.
As noted in other reviews, the staff here is exceptional. In particular Dan was extremely helpful and thorough in resolving an issue for us.
Save yourself the headache, and go to another Verizon store if you really need it. This store is completely useless.
