As noted in other reviews, the staff here is exceptional. In particular Dan was extremely helpful and thorough in resolving an issue for us.
Save yourself the headache, and go to another Verizon store if you really need it. This store is completely useless.
Awful store. Customer service is terrible. They won’t (can’t?) answer basic questions. Cases are way overpriced.
Dylan was great. Helped us transfered over and showed us the different deals we were eligible for.
