Brandon was amazing we have been working with him for over three years now from initial account set up to uncommon issues this guy has the knowledge and customer service to fix anything that comes his way. He deserves a promotion.
I haven't had any problems when going to Cole and others at this story. I'm driving g 24 miles out of my way to get a correct fix for my problem.
If you go to the Verizon near Ahwatukee make sure to go to Diego!!! He helped me restore all of my iPhone data even when it was deleted. Amazing service and will definitely be requesting him every time.
