Customer service is abysmal. I had a Verizon retailer lose my trade-in in the back of the store for 3 weeks. I was notified I lost my promotion which would add $400 to my bill. I went and got my phone from the retailer and brought it to this store. Their response was that I should mail in my phone and I MIGHT still get the promotion. They also immediately told me how terrible Verizon retailers are and that I should never go to a Verizon retailer (is that in their job description?)
