Employee at entrance was polite and helpful assisting me with purchase
Conner help me out with Verizon Gateway Internet & helped me figure out which option was the best one for my needs. He also noticed that we were paying insurance on each individual phone & referred us to the group insurance option! We stated a previous employee told us that wasn’t an option but he showed us it was and saved us $$ on our monthly bill! 10000000/10 for Conner! His customer service is top tier!
Tried to get inside to get the phone I got ordered and it only being 7:45pm. I had 15mins left to be able to grab it. As I pulled to open the door their doors were locked and a staff member just smirked. That’s really frustrating as it states on maps they close at 8pm…not to mention I’ve been with Verizon 7 1/2 years prior and then just got back to you guys and already having more issues then I did back then.
