This store was amazing. Hailey and her team consisting of Jade and Geno was amazing. Helping out every way that they could. They even fixed things that weren’t necessarily their issue. I will definitely remain a customer of this location.

Derek and this store get a glowing 5-star review. This is the 2nd Verizon store I went to today. 1st one couldn't help me. This one is a corporate store (as opposed to an independently owned store?) and they have capabilities other stores don't have. My phone stopped working and was on the fritz, even though the store was busy, Derek patiently listened and came up with a solution to ensure I had a working device and wouldn't break the bank. I had a about a 30 minute window, and he was still able to take care of my problem.
