This was a rather unfortunate experience. I acquired a device and then shortly returned it. I spent nearly 15 minutes to half an hour standing there when other customers came in. I looked at the rep multiple times and he knew I was there waiting clearly holding the device. He skipped over me! He went to help other customers another rep had to correct him and tell him I was next! All 4 people I dealt with in-store were VERY kind and easy to work with, but all 4 told me VERY wrong information about the promotion and rebate process, and because of it we are out quite a bit of money. I went into the store 3 different times, and all 3 times I was promised certain things about how the process would work and how we would get our money back, and all 3 times it was wrong and didn't happen the way they said.
