Been with Verizon over 10 years. Lately my bill keeps going up. Went in to discuss it, the sales person was rude. Made me wait an uncalled for amount of time, skipping over me to help customers that came in behind me. Informed me a $9.00 discount expired and the other $8 was because taxes went up.
