The worst store!! No customer service sense whatsoever by any employees including the so called manager of this store! Was falsely sold on the home internet and was told I would be charged $0 if returned and canceled within the first month and this was complete opposite of what happened. Ended up paying even though I canceled in 10 days of getting this “free” home internet trial for 30 days! Store representative wants give me info over the phone on stock availability!!!
Store set me up to fail. Left with a brand new iPhone 17 Pro and was not able to transfer number over from old phone. No instructions given by store and ESIM transfer process doesn’t work. Neither phone works now since customer service messed up the network attempting to transfer service. Been speaking with customer service for hours by now. Nightmare of an experience. Update.
