Had an issue reading the pay off your phone promotion gift card, it was like 3-4 months I haven’t get it. After speaking with the customer care service supervisor, they were able to give me credit on my Verizon account. Issue solved.
I recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon because I was offered what seemed like a better deal. At the store, everything sounded great. The representative went over the numbers with me and promised credits on my account since I had to pay off my phones with T-Mobile to switch. Based on that, my monthly payment was supposed to be at a certain amount, which I agreed to. Absolutely terrible experience. I tried to return two items out of four that I purchased, and the store told me I would have to pay $85 out of pocket because the items were originally bought at a discount and are now considered full price. That makes absolutely no sense for a return. What made it even worse was the constant runaround. Lied regarding the buy back of my phone. Still, I haven’t received my phone credit from the Verizon regarding the phone pay off promotion worth $666.63. Sales person give you greediness, we will give you gift card so you can pay off your phone to T-Mobile. It’s been 6 months I haven’t received that credit nor Gift card.
