Store set me up to fail. Left with a brand new iPhone 17 Pro and was not able to transfer number over from old phone. No instructions given by store and ESIM transfer process doesn’t work. Neither phone works now since customer service messed up the network attempting to transfer service. Been speaking with customer service for hours by now. Nightmare of an experience. Update. After about 5 hours of lost cause with customer service, went into store. Manager from store took phone back and still charged me a restocking fee. No... read more
