Visited this store on a weekend afternoon and was really impressed by the customer service received. The store was busy when we arrived and we did the automated check in, in less than a minute the manager himself came to assure us that someone will be with us shortly. We needed to add a line to our account and Henry came to help us. He was very polite, offered us a seat, and then he not only got the line added, but also helped us gain a huge discount from an ongoing promo of which we had no idea about. Reps try their best but management is apathetic and rude. Andrew was as helpful as he could be, and is the only reason this is not a one star review. That said, the two managers on staff ignore customers, are dismissive of problems, seem as frustrated with Verizon as I am, and are not useful or helpful. Thank you Andrew for trying your best and I am sorry to see you report to such rude and uninterested managers.

SCAM alert - I can't say if this scam is being perpetrated across Verizon or just at the Harvard Square location, but if you trade in a phone, make sure that your trade-in value is reflected correctly. When my trade in value was reflected inaccurately, I spent weeks on the phone AND in person trying to get the trade in-value corrected. I was told it was updated, when it wasn't, and in the end I was told it didn't matter because my bill was correct. I said, "what about my bill in a few months?" I was told it would be fine.
