Terrible experience with this store. Last Saturday my wife and I spent about 8 hours in the store trying to upgrade my iPhone 12 pro to iPhone 16 pro max. At first everything went well but I was a bit alarmed that they charge $30 for data transfer. Then, after the new phone has been activated, it turned out that I can’t make and receive calls. The worst treatment you may find I asked one of the workers for the PUK code But he said I should call customer service And when I told him that they take a long time to answer the calls And say they are ready to give me the PUK code, but they will charge me $30
I got what I needed but it was an extremely painful experience. Sales associate Mikayla(?) was a nice person but extremely ineffective. Spent about an hour and a half filling in the same information multiple times. Edit: I ended up canceling the plan and returning the device the same day I got it. Verizon has really gone downhill.

They lost my business due to short female worker. She couldn’t explain any of the options for lines and instead chose to dance around and sing. Unfortunate customer service, Verizon should consider firing her. Asked her to stop and she continued so I left and went to T-MOBILE
