Great customer service, was able to help me with what I needed.
When I first moved to NYC last year and my time visiting this location the customer service wasn't that great. However, they changed for the better. I adore them now. Eric is extremely adorable, professional, and very personable. Unfortunately, the beautiful Black young lady with the gray streak in her hair is just as amazing. I highly recommend this corporate location. But back to Eric, he's such an amazing Verizon associate customers were waiting to work with him only.
No respect for people’s time. No sense of urgency. They will do the minimum and expect you to do all the work of activating a new line.
I just left the Verizon store and service was efficient on point. George was my rep he was smart courteous and made it happen. I was impressed with him.
