verizon fios sucks do not get it. they installed a shitty router, had to come back, made me jump through hoops to get an extender, have horrible customer service, and charged me for equipment i was told to throw out... stick with spectrum in this area

If you want to be scammed come here. They charge all these hidden fees and secretly place on add ons please don’t even get Verizon. There are so many other great companies

Sadly, very limited knowledge or patience to help non-tech savvy older customer of Verizon for many years. The least helpful experience among the Verizon stores. Staff seems to be more occupied w ‘chilling’ than providing helpful service… would love to see it improving…

If you ever have to visit this location ask for Mel! The first employee to assist me was not helpful at all and left me mid issue to take his break. But once Mel came over he was able to provide solutions to what the possible issue could be. He’s knowledgeable and patient. He even followed up with me after to make sure everything was working. He definitely cares about customers and goes above and beyond. For example, he helped an elderly customer input contacts into her new phone. Definitely ask for Mel, you won’t be disappo... read more
