Three employees, including the manager, stood behind the counter doing nothing while I, a paying customer, was ignored. When I finally got their attention, their dismissive and uninterested attitudes made it clear they had no intention of helping me. I had an excellent experience w/Jakira. I've been to the store several times from September 2024 to-present, Jakira was so helpful to me and my Mother. I was able to get an excellent deal on an iPhone Plus w/rare yellow color. Jakira (Appears to be a big NYG fan) was incredibly helpful, informative, and very passionate about her work as well as the Verizon brand products. I give both her and the store five stars.
