I returned my phone here in exchange for Verizon's promotion. Verizon NEVER paid my previous provider and now the remaining balance is in collections. When I came to discuss this with the store staff, the manager was beyond rude and disrespectful, taking zero accountability for any mishandling by his employees. Why take your business here when there is ZERO customer service professionalism or training? And on top of that, the manager could not even apologize.
This store is horrible! They will help you getting a device, but, when you receive a problem, they will not help you to resolving that problem. Meaning, they will give you the run a round, even if Verizon tells you to go to the store, they act like they don't know anything. Don't waste you time going there!
Staff was approachable, very knowledgeable and personable. Kiana Gonzalez provided an excellent customer service experience and made the transition to Verizon effortlessly.

We went to this branch to switch from another provider. The rep only presented us with the Unlimited Welcome, Plus, and Ultimate plans. At no point did they mention the Simplicity plan or any available switch discounts. Later that same day, we found out on our own that Simplicity was available for $30 per line with AutoPay, along with a $15-per-line switch discount.
