You can tell everybody hate they job and hate working there. Listen, I get it but do better. They are unpleasant and rude. Don’t even waste your time. Don’t work in customer service if you hate people this much.

INCREDIBLE!! I had the best customer service at this location than I've had in years... Eric at the Atlantic Terminal Mall, Verizon store went ABOVE and beyond for me. I've been struggling to get a device delivered to my address for my new service and was bounced around for a week with Verizon support, getting no where and rarely having an opportunity to connect with a real person. USELESS, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Horrible “customer service” experience, they should work in a prison for the way they treat customers. Verizon needs to hire more qualified staff for this location. Never coming back to this store again

Poor experience. Try to avoid Kiki (store associate). Kiki was very unprofessional and was rude to several customers. Rolling her eyes and frustrated with customer questions. Wasted 1 hour of my time and did not resolve the issue. I will go to another verizon store in the future. Verizon should improve customer service and training program at this site.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE having to deal with the Atlantic Terminal location. Most of the time when you walk in, no one tries to assist you. Paying the bill is not helpful at all because they don’t tell you the machine does not give change until after you insert the money. I usually pay online but my account was having issues. The “manager” was of no help because he was busy outside the store hanging out with other people. Then the security guard keeps butting in my conversation with the associate.
