I encountered the most belligerent security guard standing at the front door who was condescending & unhelpful. He has braces so he's a teenager? Definitely not someone who should be working in a high volume customer service position. This location's saving grace was the other two staffers who stepped in after seeing I was getting no where after trying to explain I was already signed into the queue.
I came there to ensure I have insurance to file claim for my phone I waistline at least but at hour just for this obnoxious man that work there wit glasses to tell me how can I come thinking I got insurance when I don’t and I’m like there no way im paying all his money and I didn’t get insurance I had a emotional breakdown cause I needed my phone bad and then I got home no phone cause it’s broken and I look at my Verizon account and it shows I have insurance on my phone and that guy was full of crap I was stressing out now I... read more
I am one to never write reviews, so with that being said this Verizon store is super customer friendly & feel the customer first vibe from when you step in. ERIC, who assisted me with my welcome as a new customer, if you ever want to get that top tier service & walk out genuinely satisfied & worry free then don’t do the mistake to not request him. He’s a true life saver, professional & will make sure he gives you his best always & nothing less.
I went in to get help utilizing a phone upgrade on my account. Online I had a quote for one upgrade cost and at checkout the number was different without explanation. My parents both had issues with Verizon this month and went in person to a store in their respective states and were able to be helped, so I thought I may have the most success talking to a human in person.
