What a disaster. We are 22+ years Verizon customers. Today my wife and I visited this store to upgrade our phones and plans. We unfortunately were assigned to the worst associate we have ever met in any business, hands down. He has no interpersonal skills etc. He had no smile, no enthusiasm, no respect, no eye contact, no yes sir, yes Ma'am. The closing shift Staff that worked on 05/05/26 kicked me out of store because they said “store closed 45 minutes ago and they need to go.” I walked in store at 7:45pm during store hours and they kicked me out at 8:45pm. Apparently the closing shift employees don’t believe that providing excellent customer service is a part of their job description. Other than Zach the customer service here is non existent. I’m setting up a new phone for my son and trying to add him to my family account, Zach walked off and no one else could be bothered to help. The short, bald guy did absolutely nothing the entire time I was there. As expensive as you are Verizon you could get better customer service
Staff were super nice/ honest. And they didn’t try to sell me or pitch me a bunch of crap I don’t need!!!
Had a great weekend on the water. Learned that I could swim but my phone could not. Needless to say I needed to buy a new one. Bryce did a great job at explaining my upgrade and getting me set up this past Sunday. Highly recommended to anyone stopping by.
