Absolutely horrible, no problem selling you a $700 phone and then look at you like you are a moron when You ask how to set it up. Thank God my son is a techie and he helped me out cause the rep today coul have cared less. I'll never go back and probably will switch service

I accompanied my Mom to Verizon for a phone upgrade of her very old iPhone. We arrived early for our appointment and we seen immediately. Our salesperson was extremely kind and took the time to explain the features that would be important to her. He did not push for extras when she declined but did make recommendations that she should consider (case & screen protector). I went to buy a watch, and I wasn't even given the chance to try it on. The customer service was extremely poor, and the whole experience was disappointing. What surprised me the most is that I've been a Verizon customer for over 12 years and have multiple lines with the company. Because of that, I expected a much better level of service. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and genuinely surprised by how I was treated.

Gerson was fantastic!!!!! I switched from ATT to Verizon , and the customer service I received from Gerson was night and day compared to ATT , having him as an employee 100% locked me in as a new customer . Not only did he secure a customer but he ensured me I’d receive my gift cards “that I have not received” with his speedy research and communication skills . Thank you Gerson!
