Went in to turn my phone in today, wiped it when I got in the store and then went to get checked in and an older lady asked me if I had been checked in yet and I said no and I had a turn in. She said give her one second to check in another customer then she’d get to me, then she’d proceeded to check in 2 other people. The salesperson I worked with today was absolutely magnificent — professional, helpful, and patient. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior ruined the experience. The manager kept interrupting our session repeatedly, asking the same questions over and over, and steering the conversation toward pushing me into buying new lines. My time is valuable, and this behavior was repulsive and unacceptable. Not enough folks working here, no greeter to even get you checked in, wait times normally over an hour.
Poor costumer service. Was ignored, placed in the back of the queue although I had already been there concerning an order I already paid for (but decided to upgrade, I figured they’d act like sales people and want to get that done). Ultimately, I’m leaving. I don’t think anyone here deserves credit for the sale. I’ll order online again and have it shipped. Do not visit this store, there are others, and each is better, IME.
