Devin met us at the door-greeted us-listed to our needs/wants-found my girl the perfect phone-explained EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY-set her up and sent us on our way in a friendly, expedient fashion! So grateful.
My iPhone SE finally bit the dust. When the home button stops working, you can still get into your phone, but it's time consuming and makes operating it awkward. I had to accept that it was time to replace it. The staff at this location worked with me to figure out the best option for me. They offered the typical upsells, but I felt no pressure whatsoever to add on or to go with a higher priced phone.
