Went online at 11am this morning to upgrade my phone and my daughter's phone. "Pick up in as little as 1 hour" - here I am 6 hours later and still wait but I am sure had I gone into the store I would have had the phones by now and I get charged $80 to upgrade - may just cancel the order and all service and goto T-Mobile.
