Great customer service at this location! My phone randomly stopped working and I needed a new one before leaving town, so I originally went to the Westchester Commons store. There wasn’t a single customer in there, and I quickly learned why. I was immediately dismissed because I wasn’t an authorized user on the account. I explained that my dad is the account holder, offered to call him right then and there, and even had his Social Security number and all the information needed to verify the account. Associates are always polite and as helpful as they know how to be. They either need more people or another store close by as the wait is pretty long these days even with several associates working
