Update: Salesperson Connor and Manager JD (?) provided me with outstanding customer service recently, making me a budget-friendly offer on a new phone. The team's cohesion was noticeable and appreciated. I did not feel rushed nor pressured to finish up. I'm delighted with these changes and happy to upgrade my rating.
