I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon store. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that they did not know how to properly handle customer requests. We were left waiting for a long time without any communication or update, which is extremely frustrating and disrespectful of customers’ time. When we asked the staff to call the manager so we could explain our situation more clearly, the employee left and returned after about five minutes. I had to pay bill at local location because when mailed their office staff keep closing my payment. When I call their staff they blame the USPS. TRACKING SHOWS THIS IS A VERIZON PROBLEM.

Terrible experience in store. No wonder everyone is leaving Verizon. The manager, Sam, was very dismissive and quite rude when I was asking him some questions. I don’t recommend this store or Verizon in general.
