Customer service here is horrible. It was like pulling teeth to get my questions answered and the dude that helped acted like I was dumb and should’ve have known the answers. Super frustrating experience.
Stand there with no help for 20 minutes just for the guy to tell me you can't transfer your number from an existing verizon account and take advantage of any of the offers for new accounts. Guess I have to go with anyone but verizon, thanks.

The first time I went in I was basically blown off. I went back a couple of weeks later and was assisted by Melissa. Melissa gets five stars! She was personable and took the time to resolve my issues! Thanks Melissa!
