I asked for help from the assistant manager to help call customer service as I told verizon I'd setup a payment plan after work so my phone wouldn't get turned off. He could careless as he would not do so. He could not tell me why he said he was not able and would not do so. What about helping the customer instead fanning the flame of frustration that I've had over my bill for 2 weeks. Do not go here, negative 5 stars.
Added $10/month to father's plan without authorization. Said it was due to plan being old. Or an overage. Couldn't make change because it's done internally. I said that's why we came to a Verizon store. Was told it wasn't as internal. Not even sure what that means!
Verizon did a bait and switch on us. Said we could get new phones and stay on our side lan then changed it just as we were going to pay! Been a customer for 20 years. Leaving them now!
Verizon really thought they could silence me with a whole $5 credit after leaving me stranded all Labor Day weekend without a phone. Like wow, thanks, I’ll treasure this Starbucks tall black coffee you’ve so generously funded ☕. Meanwhile, my other line and home internet were also dead, but hey, $5 fixes everything, right? So I rage-switched to T-Mobile and, honestly, it was too easy. They basically said, ‘Don’t even look at Verizon, we’ll clean up their mess for you.’ Now all I have left is this sad internet box to return.... read more
