The staff at this store are awesome. They are polite and knowledgeable...not to forget helpful. Just plan on being there a while. It's hard to make an appointment when they are booked out, and unfortunately phone issues don't schedule when they happen.
I came to this store on Monday June 1 at 9:30 am to get a prepaid SIM card. When the attendant Caleb tried to enter the information, the system would not take my Samsung phone. I told the manager I would come back with another phone and he said he would help me right away. I came back 10 minutes later with the other phone and I waited for over an hour while many other customers came and went. Super poor service. I would recommend avoiding this store.
