The wait for something that took 5 min was ridiculous I understand first come first served but wow
I recently visited the Verizon store in Holland and had a very disappointing experience. While Matt was kind and helpful, Maggie came over and interrupted our conversation. Her demeanor was threatening and made me feel uncomfortable. This behavior is unacceptable, especially when I was already being assisted by another employee. I hope Verizon addresses this issue to ensure a better service.
