Went to get new phones and change plans to lower our monthly payment. Somehow we were signed up on a plan that doesn’t exist. Ultimately our monthly bill increased, our trade in value decreased $600. Went back to get it fixed, and was greeted by incompetence. Avoid this store. They will only create issues for you, and be rude while doing it.

I had to go back twice in one day for 2 seperate issues. Mark helped me the first trip so when I came back I asked to be qued for mark again. Overall excellent experience. There was a long wait time but unfortunately this store is in an area that is rapidly growing so it can get crowded pretty fast. Best advice is to show up right at opening hours or be prepared to wait.
I went here to upgrade my IPhone. The guy helped me and after he processed the payment and purchase he went on lunch break. This was after I waited for an hour to be helped. I paid the $30 for him to set up my new phone and complete the transfer. He never helped with the transfer. It took me HOURS and multiple trips back to the store to get everything squared away.
