Darien was super helpful! He deserves a raise! Came to bring my mom to get a new phone and he was so knowledgeable, patient and kind! 10/10 for his customer service.
Zak did a good job in assisting me with a phone upgrade and data transfer process. The data system at this store is not in full alignment with the corporate data system, but Zak participated in a phone call with the corporate customer service line that allowed for an advertised no-charge phone upgrade action to be completed.
I was at this Verizon today, the staff were very polite and helpful, I am very happy.
Came in with full intentions to get an i pad and Apple Pencil the guy that greeted me pretty much said go to Walmart or target if you don’t wanna plan. What a good sales men promoting to go to a different company. I guess that’s what I’ll do even tho I’ve been with Verizon for years.
Very poor customer service. Employees were extremely unhelpful and rude.
