Went to your store and was argued with, yelled at, and informed “we don’t do that here. Go where you bought it”. I will never return to this store. If the other one goes out of business, I will stop being a Verizon customer (since 1997). He was so rude to me.

Visited Verizon store on trailside dr Westchester ohio specialist Theron Cox assisted me with saving money on my bill and 5g internet home services. I'm 55 years old I rather deal with people than a group chat. In the store maybe 20 minutes address all my questions and concerns between small talk. I been with Verizon when it was airtouch wireless 28 years later best service I ever had. Thank you for your assistance and enjoy playing g.t.a.
