Absolutely terrible experience, if I could give 0 stars I would. Spent 5 hours at this location attempting to solve an issue that was created by Verizon mishandling devices and documentation. Employees in store were of no help in finding the solution I ultimately found on my own. Store manager Dorian, never once attempted to assist in the solving of the issue nor to even speak with me the entire 5 hours I was in the store. I initially came to the store to make changes to my plan and get a new phone-I left confused and without a new phone. At that point due to the person I was working with I never wanted to return (I have been a Verizon customer for many years). I Decided a week later to give it one more chance and was met by Darian. He went above and beyond. Darian reviewed everything with me, was very personable and helped me set up my new phone. Thank you Darian for the amazing customer service!!
