Went to your store and was argued with, yelled at, and informed “we don’t do that here. Go where you bought it”. I will never return to this store. If the other one goes out of business, I will stop being a Verizon customer (since 1997). He was so rude to me.
Theron was super helpful and knowledgeable about all the best Verizon plans and accessories. I was able to walk out with a new phone and with a bill that made sense. Thank you for your time and all that you do!
