Krystal was absolutely AMAZING
If you need to visit a Verizon store for a product pick up, go to Bridgewater. For the second time, our online pickup wasn’t fulfilled for the locker pick up until we went to the store and asked. Both times, employees just sitting around scrolling on their phones.
If I could give Zach a 1/4 of a star I would. Very disrespectful to women
Went in to get my new watch activated and connected with my phone. Left after 30 minutes with nothing completed. Was just told if its not activated call this line. Not a bit of help with activating or getting connected with my current cell phone number. Going to the Verizon store is about as bad as doing self checkout. Left doing most the work as a customer and no compensation.
Theron and Jose are both fantastic! They are very knowledgeable and explain things very easily.
