Not 5 stars because employee thought she knew it all and was almost rude. Employees need to learn the Verizon APP. throughly and completely to better serve customers. Not good when a customer has more knowledge on a system then the establishment.
I went into the store at coors bypass and told the employee Gabriel that I was interested in a new phone. He said I was next in line and to just look around. There was no one else waiting. I looked around for a minute and had a question. I asked Gabriel if I could ask a question. His reply was "if you make it quick". He mumbled something about being the manager.
David was a great help with everything I needed. Thank you 100x
I just want to shout out Sylvia she was absolutely amazing sweet and very very helpful, I can't thank her enough for her help and patience today she's a special person and an angel wish I could give her a 100 stars !
