Verizon is not a reputable company. They lie to sign you up for a 3 year contract and then not apply the credits promised onto bill. They lie to get you to sign a new contract and not deliver their promised credits. Thats fraud. Fraudulent behavior from a a corporation such as Verizon! Run. Don’t sign up with Verizon. They lie!
Not 5 stars because employee thought she knew it all and was almost rude. Employees need to learn the Verizon APP. throughly and completely to better serve customers. Not good when a customer has more knowledge on a system then the establishment.
