Krystal & Cameron were AMAZING at this location! I walked in with my quote from another Verizon store, and Krystal is a miracle worker! She said “we gotchu”, and they really did! PLUS Cameron finished out the process by getting everything completed, was super patient & kind, and I would 100% recommend speaking too, & working with them! They helped me remove unnecessary stuff from my Family Plan & hooked up my new device! LOVE THIS TEAM!
Krystal and Jeremy inherited a bad situation as a result of me starting out at a satellite Verizon store, and then I had to transfer to the corporate store, and they were amazing! They helped me out so that my business was not without an active phone number, and got my new phone up and running the next day. I started out very disgruntled, and I am leaving totally satisfied and thankful for Krystal and Jeremy's assistance.

Verizon will pay off your phones and give you gift cards and all of that to switch over. They will even give you free phones…but then you are on the hook for 3 years with the absolute lowest quality of cellular service and extremely slow internet, thats if you get service at all. Verizon sold a lot of towers to Tmobile. Also, the day I switched to Verizon, probably about 3 days later, I started receiving a CRAZY amount of spam calls and then Verizon started trying yo charge me for a call filter.
