This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and acted like answering simple questions was an inconvenience. We spent a long time waiting, only to receive rushed, unhelpful service. No one took the time to explain our options or make sure our concerns were addressed. Customer service and professionalism need major improvement. I expected much better from Verizon. I won't be returning to this location and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

My 86 year old mother's iPhone was lost when she was in the hospital for brain surgery, and since we've had Verizon for 20 years, I asked for a free phone for her like the advertisement says. The manager of this store, who was standing outside the door vaping when I arrived, told me that she didn't qualify for a free phone if she didn't have one to turn in. When I told him I would go to T-Mobile, he laughed at me.
Sylvia is absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable and accommodating.
