There aren't enough adjectives to describe the incompetence of the people who work here. From the customer service to the upper management. They messed up my account so bad. Offered "credits" instead of refunds. BUYER BEWARE. This IS NOT an actual Verizon store, but an affiliate business center. Find yourself a real Verizon store.

My whole family upgraded so I've been there a few times for that but every time I go something is messed up or confused and I end up having to call customer support so they can fix what was done in the store
The manager Ivan was rude and incompetent and a had a snobby attitude no manners and rude to other employees
