Terrible professionalism, I was cast aside because I am not a Spanish speaker, and when I spoke up for myself, the employees rallied to defend the offensive and culturally insensitive worker. TERRIBLE STAFF, they all need to be replaced
As Stephen said earlier regarding in-store pick-up. Put in order in yesterday evening and gave them the entire day to fulfill and order for a phone they have in-stock (verified by calling the online customer service) and it is still being fulfilled this evening after the store has closed. Horrible customer service. I was in a hostage situation with my rapist and he forced me to use my information to get him a cell phone. I owe money because Verizon refused to corporate with police and said sucks to suck to the situation and I owe the money no matter what. Well jokes on you! Now I have to file for bankruptcy and the amount I owe is covered under it!!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend Verizon as a cell phone service to use
