I stopped into this Verizon store between jobs, already irritated and in a hurry. Another store had already told me my issue couldn’t be handled in person and that I’d have to call customer service. Anyone who’s dealt with Verizon customer service knows that’s a complete waste of time—they talk in circles, don’t listen, and eventually you hang up more pissed off than when you started. Their employees are Lying about the plans. They are telling/ explaining plans cheaper however at the end of the month it comes out expensive. When you go to the store to address the issue with them no one is there to stand on their own word unless you are recording them and prove it to them.

Honestly one of the worst network I’ve had for wifi. the WORST wifi network (at least from Denver). From 12am-7am you will not have wifi AT ALL. DO NOT GET VERIZON !!!!!!! Used to be the best, now is honestly the worst in all the ways. My TV has been trying to turn on for a half hour. Absolutely unacceptable, horrible company !!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!
