The guy at the front, short and round was super rude. Didn’t even want to hear our issue that we were having with our device. Been a Verizon customer for 3+ years and this is how I get treated? I was sent home and told to call customer service. I did that already and they said they couldn’t help online and to go in person. Don’t recommend this place at all
LIES LIES LIES LIES!! One of the specialist lied to my face! I went on Tuesday, saw a specialist that took my service at 6:59pm I requested Internet service cause I just moved and I need Internet/ equipment. She confirmed that a technician would be here on Saturday 9/12 9-5pm. I have my boyfriend as a witness and come to find out there was NO TECHNICIAN/ TICKET!! I have had no internet for 3 whole days, I work remote and I am a part time student !!! DO NOT GO this store if you want someone wasting and lying at the same time!... read more
