Terrible customer service!!they charge my wife 90$additional we try to ask whats this they say tax this was ridiculous!!!terrible terrible unprofessional
Remarkably poor service. Laughed at for asking questions about setting up a phone and the staff made me feel like I was a burden for being in the store. All that and I left without my problem being solved. I’ll try to avoid this location in the future.
Don’t waste your time here. They only have lazy people working in the store and they just hang out. Terrible customer service experience.
I paid $35 for activation fee for a SIM that I was told would start working in 5 minutes but took 3 days to work. I called Verizon and they couldn't fix it. They are LIARS.
