I am a loyal customer of Verizon for 9+ years. I went for some information and a simple data transfer from my iPhone to an android device. There was a young man who said they would charge me $30 for that service. I know I could do it myself but didn't have the time. So I said okay and he started doing things on the phones, asked me irrelevant questions, and the whole time he was trying to figure it out. Horrible It was my second Verizon store of the day - was asking what adjustments if any when I use the international plan I just signed up for - the person I spoke with was clueless and dismissive Almost makes me want to switch to AT & T . After 29 years with Verizon their reps in the stores treat their customers like garbage if you are not buying a new phone Do you think I’ll ever come back when I’m ready to buy one ? How short sighted ! Good bye Verizon

Emanuel did a great job of helping me get a new Samsung Galaxy and he deserves praise and a promotion. I was in dire need of a new phone as I had lost my android and went directly into the store after work. I was in a bit of a panic but he was professional and able to help me navigate the purchase and activate my new phone. He was able to get me a new upgrade on my plan and a new galaxy at a great deal without pressure. He really helped me during a time of need. Suggest setting up an appointment online before you go in.
