Horrible!!! After I made an agreement, I realized some changes on my plan. I asked them but the guy replied carelessly "you can drop it, nobody forced you" I don't expect such kind of marketer.

I am a loyal customer of Verizon for 9+ years. I went for some information and a simple data transfer from my iPhone to an android device. There was a young man who said they would charge me $30 for that service. I know I could do it myself but didn't have the time. So I said okay and he started doing things on the phones, asked me irrelevant questions, and the whole time he was trying to figure it out.
