We have always had a great experience every time.
Unhelpful, I am an account manager and just want to transfer a line to its own plan and they just want to give me a phone number instead of helping me in the store. The phone number provided isn’t helpful because it states a transfer request has to be submitted first before calling it but the store associate didn’t want to tell me how to do that and just kept saying i had to call the number.
I explicitly told the sales representative there multiple times that I could not return to this location with the required trade in and he said it wouldn't be an issue. Well he lied. Now im on the phone with Verizon support who is saying I need to bring the trade in to this location.
Michael was incredibly friendly and was quick to fix my issues. He gave me a really comprehensive breakdown of my new bill
Very rude man/kid didn't answer my question after asking more then once. will go to different store even though that is the closest location
