I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon authorized retailer (operated by Victra). I went in to add an additional new Apple Watch line to my account and, due to a salesperson error, my existing watch was mistakenly upgraded and stopped working. If I could give 0 stars I would. Verizon business plans are a complete SCAM, they add on more devices than you need, overcharge you, and then won't reimburse you. DO NOT start a plan with them unless you want to waste countless hours with customer service.
Great service does take some time to get to a representative but once you get to a representative they focus specifically on your needs and will help you acquire what you are looking for.
Lee was fantastic and patient. Really really appreciate all that he did for us!!
