We went to this Verizon store twice in the same month to get two different family members upgraded phones, unfortunately we had the same sales representative both times. This person refused to listen to our requests for a specific phone and quoted us all options, unnecessarily. After hearing every gimmick and reason to upgrade, add insurance, buy a watch, get a screen protector, and case, we politely refused, and had told them that from the beginning. AVOID VERIZON AT ALL COSTS!!! I don’t know what the point of a Verizon “corporate” store is when they are just as useless as the contracted stores. After 3 unsuccessful custom services calls and being told directly being Verizon customer support if I did not get what I needed in the mail to go to a corporate store. I don’t know why cause they were unable to even access the account and then just gave me numbers to call corporate (again).
