Excellent customer service, kody answered all my questions and helped me with all my requests.
I went into this Verizon store to upgrade my kids’ phones as a Christmas gift, and even though the store was very busy, the experience was amazing. All of the employees were helping customers quickly, and no one seemed rushed or overwhelmed. I honestly thought my transaction was going to take a long time, but I was in and out much faster than expected. I walked out with everything I needed and happy.
