Idk whats going on with this store but im getting over charge every month and every month I have to go and talk to them. I get "credit/refund" towards my next bill but it keeps on happening. Not sure what the problem is.
Had a simple question to this store. Could not call direct. Got customer service they called and no body would answer. Website said “live not busy”. This makes me feel Verizon does not care about making my experience pleasant. Very poor customer representation.
