I had been having issues with a business account that we opened in April with Verizon. The customer service flagged the account as fraud. It took months to get this resolved bouncing from person to person with no help. Being hanged up on by custom service representatives. On 7/7/26 I finally drove to a corporate location in Huntington Station where the team there tried to help me. I spent 8 hours at that location. I had the best experience here. I worked with Steve, he actually kept the store open late to help me with a new phone that needed to be set up asap. I highly recommend this store.

The manager at this verizon store refused to assist a VICTIM OF DOMESTIC ABUSE transfer their phone number out of the account of their abuser. The manager refused to help her, stating a store policy that made zero sense. We called verizon customer support and they said that the store manager should have helped us and that the policy is not the right way to do it.
