Be very careful at this store. Went into this Verizon to upgrade my phone. Everything started off well, they gave me a printout of what my new monthly bill would be, and it was significantly lower than what I had been paying. Naturally, I was happy with the change. However, I was I was told that there was a “glitch in the system,” and that the numbers would be adjusted the next day. It's really disappointing to see how Verizon treats customers who've given them business for nearly a decade. Instead of making the transition smooth or at least addressing the situation professionally, they've made the process unnecessarily difficult. At this point, l've had enough. Verizon's poor customer service and lack of appreciation for their long-term customers is exactly why I'm glad I made the switch.

Be careful of their shady practices here. They have a SET UP AND GO metric to hit end will get it by any means necessary. We needed a new phone, with a new line, with no extras... Even explained that we would be taking the phone home to set up and they still snuck the $29.99 set up fee in there. We caught it before leaving the store and wanted it credited.
