Be very careful at this store. Went into this Verizon to upgrade my phone. Everything started off well, they gave me a printout of what my new monthly bill would be, and it was significantly lower than what I had been paying. Naturally, I was happy with the change. However, I was I was told that there was a “glitch in the system,” and that the numbers would be adjusted the next day. Good service
It's really disappointing to see how Verizon treats customers who've given them business for nearly a decade. Instead of making the transition smooth or at least addressing the situation professionally, they've made the process unnecessarily difficult. At this point, l've had enough. Verizon's poor customer service and lack of appreciation for their long-term customers is exactly why I'm glad I made the switch.
