It was the way better than expected. Alexis took excellent care of us. He had patience for all the questions we had about the phone plan, the actual phones we wanted and the streaming streaming services available. He got our new phones up and running and we opted for Alexis to transfer both the information from old phones to new. If you are looking for great customer service go to Verizon and ask for Alexis.
I am extremely grateful to the sales rep Nateesha (T). I was in a very stressful situation and she went above and beyond to get my phone turned back on. She was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding.
