This store is the reason why retail across the country is no more. An hour and 10 minutes for waiting just to get Someone who has no idea about promotions. Unfortunately, It’s better to shop online these days because everything has a paper trail So there is less space for them to make errors
Decarri is THE BEST!!! We’ve had the same issue for over 6 months with Verizon. Called and spoken to over 12 different agents over the phone. Everytime we call they ask the same questions and NEVER resolve the issue. Came into the store today and Decarri took the time to read the notes, call corporate and resolve the issue. All in less time than we’ve ever spent on the phone with an agent. Decarri we can not thank you enough for being such a valuable asset to Verizon and providing exceptional customer service.
Came in to Verizon earlier today wanting to switch over onto my own phone plan. Miles was so nice & helpful with my switchover! Everyone else that helped was wonderful as well. Staff is super friendly here. Great service.
