Absolutely horrible experience! Ralph (the manager) and Daron are by far the worst people I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. The entire store is rude, unhelpful, and honestly just disgusting in how they treat customers. Ralph promised to credit my account and never did. He also pushed a hotspot on me that I never asked for. I returned an iPad I didn’t even want, and I still haven’t received my refund.
