The absolute worse service I have ever experienced. Nobody here seems to know their job. I will never step in this door again.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon store. The customer service was poor, the staff was rude and unprofessional, and they were not helpful at all. The only positive experience was with the young lady who genuinely seemed to have the energy and willingness to help customers. Unfortunately, the overall experience was still very frustrating. I would recommend avoiding this location and trying a different Verizon store. Date of my visit August 15th 2026
Aaron Lopez, Specialist in Sales. Not a good fit for this store. I have always enjoyed excellent service and support at this particular location. Because it is a Corporate location. Never have issues. Normally a 5 star location. When considering shopping and upgrading my Samsung I was given inaccurate information regarding my current phone and trade in. I had the most disappointing and frustrating experience at Verizon today. Rigo was rude and anything but helpful. He was unable to answer simple questions and tried to double our monthly bill over a simple phone upgrade. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and will never be returning to this specific store again.
