I had a very disappointing experience at the Verizon store. When I came in to file a claim for my daughter’s phone, the staff member was literally watching a game right in front of me and clearly wasn’t interested in helping. He told me, *“Just leave it, the phone will be delivered,”* and didn’t even bother to make sure the claim was properly submitted. Terrible service. They canceled my order without asking, offered no solution, and now expect me to just wait. Huge waste of time and money — avoid this store.
We have been customers of Verizon for many years. However, that will end as soon as we can release ourselves from their clutches. I went to this store to discuss a possible upgrade to our phones. After discussing the possibilities, we settled on trading our IPhone 14's for 16's. And as we were reviewing our current bill we were told that out monthly charges would go from over $300 to $220 (I have that in writing). The first bill was for $220, which was great.
