Useless, don't even bother
As a bit older person I have been fortunate to rely on my tech savvy son to guide me along the way with cell phones. Now on my own it seemed to be a bit overwhelming, but referrals told me to check out various companies including Verizon. I went to the Verizon store on Higgins Road in Schaumburg. Got a new phone with the help of Komal. I am so glad that she was there. She was so nice and soft spoken and made this whole process so easy for me. She made sure to explain me everything from getting a new phone, to a plan, to the transfer and even how to pair my phone to the car. Thankyou for hiring such a wonderful young lady.
Jordan from the Schaumburg location was absolutely amazing!!!!! We almost left Verizon but her professional, polite, funny and knowledgeable personality kept us. We can’t thank Jordan enough and we will only be going back to her from now on!!!
