Worst customer service ever. Will never return to this location. Get a better staff and learn some customer etiquette. What a shit location.
I needed a good hotspot with at least 30gb, and the guy who helped me his name Mike lied to me that my new plan has 30gb hotspot included. I asked him few times about the hotspot data so I think it’s normal for them to lie just to get customers to switch over to Verizon.
Had a great experience. Took very long, but Jordan was extremely helpful and we were able to swap out 2 phones for elderly folks who are unable to remember any of their pws for anything. Thank you for all your help!
I try solve the problems but the asian guys want to going home. He try to rushing me out. I was talk to him like five minutes about the problems. He didn’t ask for my names my phone number are he tried to tell me I can’t do this. I can’t do that. I tell him you didn’t even look my name on the system how you know what I’m talking about. why you hide this people for the big company like Verizon for
It is a good thing that I had better service at a different store and through phone customer service. Be certain they will charge you for every little thing. They will tell you to call customer service probably because they are better than they are. All they do is sit on their phones playing while you are fighting to get the service you should have been given in person. Don’t waste your time! Find one with better customer service- they are out there!
