Not very helpful. Only will handle sales side of mobile. Not internet. They wouldn’t return my Verizon modem.
told me I had to do a credit check and therefore wait a whole day to get Internet and the router when it turns out Verizon allows you to pay a deposit in the moment and get your router and service immediately. i asked 4x for clarification if he was sure and he insisted it was the only way and he was wrong.
I had a great experience at Verizon setting up a few new phone plans. Our associate was very kind and patient with us when trying to find the correct account information. I think her name was Yonny. Great customer service!!
