I went into this facility a few weeks ago, and was given the information that if I upgraded my phones that I would get a free watch and tablet. After upgrading my phones and changing my plan, I have not been able to add the watches to my plan because of an error in Verizon‘s system. In the last month, I have spent over 25 hours on the phone and setting in the store, trying to get the problem corrected. I got a new phone and plan setup in under 30 minutes! Shakera was awesome and helped me understand everything quickly. She was very friendly. I have never had such an easy and good experience with changing phones and plans before. I am very happy with my new phone and plan.
Went by the store location to swap phones on a line due to differences in SIM cards. Gentleman was nice. Took the phones disconnected one and connected the other. Handed them back and said your done. My bill comes and he added over 47.00 of add ons and bumped the plan to a higher and more costly tier. I have been with VZ for over 22 years. Disappointing they have employees that try and make their sales quotas that way.
Had to upgrade. Customer rep was very helpful and informative. Even though she was overrun with Sun customers she remained calm and got us all taken care of with her awesome multi tasking skills.
