If I could give Verizon no stars I would. This okey doke, quietly change customer loyalty practices and add charges where there are have not been, make no attempt to provide customers with a viable customer service rep, hang up repeatedly... Verizon lost my business. A week of trying to get an explanation as to why my bill went up significantly without me having made changes. The people in the PTC store are cool but forget customer service if you want to get anything resolved

I had an issue with my SIM card. I’m in the area on vacation and having my cell and navigation quit was very frustrating. Toni helped me and quickly got me up and running. She also identified my plan and being old and offered to get me on a new plan that would save me money while keeping the features I wanted and had. Great Service and thank you Toni!

I had a problem with the charging cord for my i15 phone. David Howell asked if he could help me, and after explaining what the problem was he took the time to make an adjustment to the port and it has really helped. Thank you David for your first class service.
