Verizon customer service representative Abby gave us misleading infomation concerning transfer fees on our account. During my interaction with Abby, we were explicitly told that the transfer fee would be waived for 2 lines. Based on that representation, we agreed to continue with the transaction however the fee was later charged to my account.. This has caused loss of trust in Verizon’s customer service practices and bad customer service experience.
The store rep Ashley M. Was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, helpful cared about my needs. The whole staff was amazing and created a family style atmosphere that will make me tell everyone I know to support the store.a
I upgraded my phone at this Verizon store and was told my bill would only increase by about $7/month with no other changes. That was not true and when I reviewed my account later, I found multiple changes that I never agreed to. After leaving, I found multiple unauthorized changes on my account, including added features and a plan change affecting all lines. If they ain’t making commission, they treat you like they don’t even work there so sad. I guess they don’t get paid enough. Went in there for a simple fix. They told me to drive to Baybrook Apple Store for something they could have fixed there
I came to this Verizon to get helped with my account. I was greeted by Xavier. However, after a few questions, he told me he couldn’t get into my account due to me not having access to my email address. There was no effort by him to help me get into my account. I asked him more than 2 times about getting into my account and he just went straight to say “he can’t do anything”. I drove to the mansvel location where Yesiana helped me.
