terrible service
Abby was very rude to my mom. Not sure if it was my mom’s broken Spanish that made her roll her eyes and huff and puff but wow she was rude for that. The other guy I’m not sure his name I think Gabe or Clark he was nice and understanding.

There’s a reason this store has nearly as many 1-star reviews as 5-star ones. I don’t mind waiting when a place is busy—that’s understandable. What I do mind is rude, inattentive service. I visited around 5 PM on Sunday (07/13/25) to ask about Verizon’s $1,000 trade-in credit for a new iPhone.
