When I walked in desperate for assistance, the white guy at the front door tried to send me away without helping. He was very dismissive, discriminatory and needs to be fired. As top 10 percent local guides I see why this location has bad reviews. But the exception was Adrian, he called me over and said the white guy was wrong, and visible is under Verizon but he CAN HELP ME AND HE DID. Terrible experience. I had to stop by on 3 different occasions to try to upgrade my family phones . , After waiting in 3 separate occasions, the last one lasting over 2 hours , the plan finally offered was not the same we were initially offered .
