I came to this Verizon to get helped with my account. I was greeted by Xavier. However, after a few questions, he told me he couldn’t get into my account due to me not having access to my email address. There was no effort by him to help me get into my account. I asked him more than 2 times about getting into my account and he just went straight to say “he can’t do anything”. I drove to the mansvel location where Yesiana helped me. I'm charged $200 for unreturned equipment that I did in fact, return per the direction of the Verizon sales agent. Agent had me take it to the U. P. S. store for shipment where UPS handled it from there. The tracking number shows it was delivered to their home internet location PA. The Verizon system 1-800 agent can't confirm it and so they want to charge me $200. They have in fact billed me $216 for unreturned equipment. I'm seeking legal cancel.
