Matt S. was about the rudest, unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with at Verizon. And he says he’s one of the managers, which makes it even worse, as far as the reflection on that location. He was curt, unhelpful, and even said to us he had more customers to see, (even though there was only one guy there, that was done in two minutes, as we were still getting our car). Jermaine was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I came in with my mother’s flip phone—something I know absolutely nothing about—and he took care of everything. Not only did he get the new phone up and running, but he made sure all her contacts were transferred over and even set the texting to ABC mode so it would be familiar and easy for her to use.
