Matt S. was about the rudest, unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with at Verizon. And he says he’s one of the managers, which makes it even worse, as far as the reflection on that location. He was curt, unhelpful, and even said to us he had more customers to see, (even though there was only one guy there, that was done in two minutes, as we were still getting our car).
