I haven't been in a Verizon store for years, so I didn't know what to expect. I wanted to look into getting new phones for my wife and I. Patrick was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. He got me setup with new phones in less than 15 minutes (I made an appointment). Who knew that getting new phones could be such a breeze? Thank you, Patrick! Highly recommend going to see him at this location. The kindness and efficiency was so appreciated.

NEVER SHOP HERE. I went to the Verizon at 1235 S. Hover St, # 200 today. I was greeted and asked how they could help. I told the associate I'm looking to see how I could reduce my bill. His response as curt and rude. "We don't do that here". "We are only trained to sell phones". "You can use the app to do that". He fained an attempt to help but was clearly put out by my request. Sales person told me one thing when I signed up for Verizon a year ago, I'm now finding out a much different and expensive story. I compare this place to the car shop Danny Devito had in Matilda, Avoid at all costs.
