Julie (prounounced You Lee) was amazing. She went above and beyond to take care of a sim card issue for me. And when it went sideways and she had to start over, she did so with patience and a smile. She was able to fix my problem and get me about my day. I work in customer service for a living, and she is the epitome of what I think it should be. Highly recommend.

I waited over 20 minutes, and no one helped me. That’s completely unacceptable. I wasted my time expecting customer service that never came. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I expected much better from Verizon. Please do better.
