This Verizon location should be ashamed of how they do business. I came in with a broken phone and I was told three different things that turned out to be untrue. 1. I was told my phone was not repairable based on the issue I was having. 2. I was told I did not have insurance on my phone. 3. I was also told I could not use an upgrade from another phone on my family plan and that Verizon had changed this policy a little over a year ago. Awesome store I got a replacement phone for my Z fold and got a new watch and the transfer of the data was perfect they really know their stuff here in this store highly suggest going here general manager and the employee that helped me get set up was very efficient professional and gave me the best deals and credits and promos that you can get very very pleased with the way everything turned out yesterday
They are closed even tho google says they were opened
They don't want to help customer when I need help, I never want to go to this store again.
