big thanks to Kevin!! I have been trying to fix my phone/service issues for days and he’s the only rep I’ve talked to that made me feel well take care of. He sat with me for literally hours trying to come up with a solution even when I thought there was none. it all worked out in the end and I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond.
Customer service in this store is one of the worst ones I have ever experience. I hope Verizon can train their employees to improve their service in this store because Verizon its a very good company with very competitive prices.

The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
