The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
I had a great experience with Eduardo at Verizon. He was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I left satisfied. Outstanding customer service!
disappointing. We came for an appointment and No help for 1 Hour and Not even an attendant came to us. We just left after an hour could have taken longer if we had waited.
