Went in for service, was not greeted, and when we finally did get checked in, no insight into the current wait time was revealed. After waiting 45 minutes with no follow up service we left the store. I’m not sure what’s happening with these Verizon stores, or if it is just this store, but this experience makes me question using their service.
Came to this store for Fios service; according to the unhelpful person at the desk they don't do Fios here; There is a big sign at the entrance that says "Fios is here...".
Worked with AJ to upgrade a new phone last week. AJ was amazing, very knowledgeable, personable and answered all my questions. AJ is a great asset to the Verizon team in the Dedham store!
Nazareth was able to help me with my issue and get me out quickly while also understanding my frustration. She was very kind along with the rest of the staff.
Totally different than it was a year ago! Soo many people willing to help! I dealt with Sam & Cody.., they were both soo knowledgeable, took their time, explained everything to me & never felt rushed.. best service by both of them!!! Thank You!
