Rude, mean, dismissive staff. They literally dont care unless its a sale. And even then they're rude and lazy.
We moved from Europe to the U.S. for permanent residence. We thought this carrier would have good coverage, so we bought their plans. We’re used to the fact that if you get LTE or especially 5G, the internet should work perfectly. But here, it’s almost nonexistent. Even in downtown Boston or on the highways, LTE barely works. In short, the service is terrible — we’ll use it for the rest of the month and then switch to another provider.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolutely garbage customer service. Brought my phone to return and told it’s the “wrong one” ….no, it’s not… and the guy helping me, Sam, flat out lied to me and said if I take the screen protector off the phone would shatter. Lmao sure didn’t when I peeled it right off in front of him. Keep your distance, absolutely NOT worth your time, money or aggravation. Also - lol - look at all the horrible reviews 🤣
