If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolutely garbage customer service. Brought my phone to return and told it’s the “wrong one” ….no, it’s not… and the guy helping me, Sam, flat out lied to me and said if I take the screen protector off the phone would shatter. Lmao sure didn’t when I peeled it right off in front of him. Keep your distance, absolutely NOT worth your time, money or aggravation. Also - lol - look at all the horrible reviews 🤣
Went in for service, was not greeted, and when we finally did get checked in, no insight into the current wait time was revealed. After waiting 45 minutes with no follow up service we left the store. I’m not sure what’s happening with these Verizon stores, or if it is just this store, but this experience makes me question using their service.
Came to this store for Fios service; according to the unhelpful person at the desk they don't do Fios here; There is a big sign at the entrance that says "Fios is here...".
Worked with AJ to upgrade a new phone last week. AJ was amazing, very knowledgeable, personable and answered all my questions. AJ is a great asset to the Verizon team in the Dedham store!
