The most painless experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. Tyshawn was clear, direct, and efficient - gave me the no nonsense explanation and helped get me set up with my new plan. Great customer service!
Tyshawn was great! I visited the Dedham Verizon store to get information on getting a new phone. I new I wanted to get one, but wanted to be sure I went through my plan options, phone options, etc. Tyshawn was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

Never thought I’d leave a Verizon store a 5-star review, but my experience here was great. The store opened promptly at 10, and Tas was kind, efficient, and helpful. Most importantly, we were out of there so quickly with a new phone, my husband was home to watch the Champions League Final.
Good location in Dedham; plenty of parking. Store employees are very talented and very professional, but the store is ofter understaffed. Better to visit on off hours!
