Hi! I transferred 3 phones and ipad to verizon on January 14th. I am writing this to let you know how great of a help Samantha Latimer alias Sam was. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure transfer was smooth. She patiently addressed all of my concerns related to transfer and i must say she is a great asset to your store. It was please to work with her.
Wait times are abysmal! We were 8th in line and the lady that was first was waiting a whole hour to be served. Half of the staff were just sitting around either on their phones (not work phones or tablets) or chitchatting while a line of frustrated customers are sitting. Respect people's time please... We don't have 2-3 hours to wait around for your incompetences and lack of efficiency! The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
Very bad experience with Verizon. Verizon advertises promotions and special offers online and even posts large promotional ads and contest posters outside their stores to attract customers. However, when you actually go to the store, they tell you that the promotion does not exist or that they “don’t know anything about it.” The staff was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed zero interest in assisting customers.
