Ordered a phone Sunday night so we could pick it up the next day. The only Verizon store that had it in stock was this Canton location. I can see why. Just… don’t. It took 8.5 business hours to package up our “express order” (10am to 6:25pm). We left home immediately and arrived at just about 7pm. We got the process of getting the new phone set up so we could trade in the old one (we didn’t have to drive another hour round trip). Lousy experience. Verizon employee is lucky that we are giving her 2 stars. From our first interaction with her, we noticed an attitude. We gave her a chance but nothing improved so we left the store and went to the Apple Store. We have been loyal customers of Verizon for 17 years. Such a disappointing experience.
