Very unfriendly, they couldn't care less about helping or being there. On their phone, talking to other customers and workers while "helping" me. Unable to assist but never really tried even after I showed them how to get into the phone. Just kept pushing a replacement. I've been going to this location for 15 years and it just keeps getting worse and worse every time I go.

I had a positive review but have to take it back. Calvin I thought assisted my daughter and I and lowered my monthly bill. Now my bill is $40 higher and when I reached out to get things straightened out, I was met with let me know whatever you need to absolute silence. Feel like I was lied to and scammed to upgrading. Doesnt matter how many times you question and want confirmation, Verizon and their staff will always think about their buck first. Typical.
Went to buy a new jetpack. Went to Ann Arbor store - no jetpack. They called the Belleville store who said they had a jetback available. Got there - no jet packs available. Went to the store in Canton. Not very helpful or friendly personnel. Do better, Verizon.
How can Verizon sell a new phone but when you turn it off you can't turn it back on with out a code it costed me 106 to get it back on to clear a new phone It's bs
