Check-in process is easy with computer at front enterance. Multiple sales people that are very knowledgeable. Clean and very well organized place.

She addressed all our questions and went above and beyond with clear and understandable information about what we should do purchasing a new i phone and special connection needs for my husband. Terribly slow and very poor customer communication. Went there to upgrade 4 phones for my family. One working day before I went in and received a quote for what I wanted to do, explaining that 2 of the phones were for children in different cities. I then went in to execute the change with the same customer rep. I was there for 1.5 hours total, dealing with numerous issues on their end. Have to give a shout out to my boy Matt the assistant manager for messing up and making my experience at this Verizon location terrible. I had a billing issue after going to this location 5 months ago for a trade in. Originally was going to use a promotion shown on the Verizon website and trade in to the latest iPhone. The employees at the time swore up and down there was another promotion that would give me the same price and an additional line (which I didn't need and never used) for free.
