We were told that there is a deal where if we open a business account we would just have to pay $10 per line with 5 lines and we only had 4 so we got a new line from them so that we can get this deal and the manager at the store told us that our bill would be high for the first month then it would go down to $10 per month and we had to pay off one phone and they said we just have to show them bill and they will give us credit for that phone but now they are denying everything our phone bills are high and they also not giving... read more

Just transferred my service from Verizon to Spectrum, and was hit with an unexpected $638 bill to pay off the remainder of the phone I traded in to them. The Verizon Rep at the store did not explain this to us, we were under the understanding we paid the phones in full as we paid the difference after trade-in, and that the credits on our account each month for the monthly phone cost just showed up that way. Had a very poor experience with a worker named Matt. Will not be returning again. I highly recommend the Livonia location where I had a much better experience overall.

Check-in process is easy with computer at front enterance. Multiple sales people that are very knowledgeable. Clean and very well organized place.
