Excellent customer service, highly recommend this store. Went to a verizon store just 2 miles away that I walked out of. Came in here, Calvin helped me with what I needed quickly so I took the upsell on adding a watch to my purchase and got a better price. Young lady in the store kept my kids busy with a tablet so we could complete the transaction. World of difference from Westland to Canton, glad I drove up the road instead of tolerating the service at the other store.
Great Canton Verizon store, and a wonder manager who is knowledgeable and a customer focused team! The manager is fantastic! Highly recommend this location!
I am NOT a fan of this location. They have a few people in here with extremely poor attitudes. Their attitudes are so bad that I just went out in the parking lot and bought my phone by calling Verizon directly. This location is close to me and I’ll go out of my way to go anywhere else but here.
Their service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Do not go here
