Great customer service. Wait time is just longer than most but overall a good place to bring your phone and concerns to.

If I could I'd give negative stars. This company is not customer oriented at all. When I recently went into the store due to a billing issue I was told to go call customer service which I'd already done numerous times. The employee just shrug and said to go call. I'm a 20+ year customer. Horrible customer service. When my contract ends I will be looking for a new provider.

I had the best service I've ever had at a Verizon store. They randomly cold called our office. We had ironically set an appt that day at the Wickenburg store and told them thank you. 5mins later Gustavo called me and said he would make it worth my time to drive down and meet with them and ensure we have everything we need. I made an appt with Jesus and he was utterly amazing. He was super knowledgeable and helped me transfer my personal acct into a business one. Good Lord can I give this place a ZERO !! Please don’t even go to this location they are busier than is necessary the staff is rude , they don’t say hello , hola nada they just look up from what they are doing and just have you standing against the wall . Horrible place customer service is not their specialty hence why I left and went elsewhere there are so many other places that treat existing and future customers with respect this place ain’t it! Bye
