24/7 lock box don’t work it’s just a black screen , so idk why that’s an option for that location if it’s broken.

Terrible customer service. I went in, intending to upgrade my phone. Three salesmen were facing the door, and a few had their backs turned away from the door. There was no greeters or acknowledgment to their customers. It took over 20 minutes to check in, and still no greeting. Once I let them know, they just said they were between shifts. No one acknowledged any of the other customers who walked in. They never have your online orders ready. Out of all pick up orders I’ve done, only 1 was actually ready in time.

Honestly, the young latina lady that helped me was amazing. I went in knowing exactly the upgrade I wanted and she had me in and out in about 30 min. She was quick and not pushy at all, my husband ended up getting his upgrade too. This is an actual Verizon store where they honor deals and don't have up front fees. This is my go to store!
