This store has amazing customer service It was time for a new phone. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this particular store hands down!
I had such a wonderful experience at this Verizon store thanks to Angel. He was calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. He not only understood the issue with my phone right away, but also took the time to understand me and what I needed. He recommended a phone I absolutely love. Even though it wasn’t in stock, he arranged a same-day pickup at another location, and the whole process went smoothly because of his quick thinking. Truly outstanding customer service — thank you, Angel!
My husband and I came in the store yesterday and we were very happy with the service we received. I wish I had gotten the guy’s name because he was fantastic compared to the service we got from the location in Arizona Mills. He corrected our issue within an hour, and we left the store with our new phones. We came around 5 PM yesterday even while it was busy and he got us out quick. Thank you! :)
