Great experience!! Had quite issues with my other carrier, switched and my bill dropped a couple hundred. Excellent and quick service!! Definitely recommend
Not only do they lie to your face about promotions to get you to change your plan but they dot help you afterwards. They tell you to call Verizon financial so you can fight for the promotions you were promised in store. HUGE SCAM!!!!! Only two reasons this would happen, complete and under incompetency or they trained to scam people.
Great staff they are nice and very helpful they try to answer any question you may have keep up the good work
I absolutely recommend going to this Verizon location! Javier’s customer service was the best! He went through all of the different options we had when adding a new line. Was able to explain our plan and go through our bill with us! Really took the time to see what was in our best interest and wasn’t just trying to make a sale!
