My husband and I finally decided to merge our accounts and get new phones. Raul was very helpful and knowledgeable, he helped us get a good deal on the services we needed and took the time to explain everything in detail. The rest of the staff we worked with was courteous and helpful as well. I feel confident that Raul helped us get the best deal.

Probably the worst customer service iv experienced in a long time . I was ok waiting in line even though there was 10 people in front of me . But no one greets you or acknowledges you even walk in . The girl that helped us probably was the worst experience iv encountered. From the beginning she was annoyed to help me and my wife she kept telling me Me that they were going to close soon and was trying to rush us . We came in with every intention on canceling our Verizon account and going to the competitor T-Mobile however Stephanie was our customer service rep that was chosen to work with us. She was able to put a deal together with us in corporate and keep us as happy customers great job by her and the person at corporate that assisted.
