I walked in and they were busy,the guy at the front said he'd be with me shortly, a lady walked in behind me and he checked her in and ignored the fact I walked in first so I left. I don't have time to waste and will go buy a new phone and plan from a different company.
super frustrating that you can't call the store directly and when you call it leads you to their 1800 number and when you tell the rep to transfer you there they kind of gate keep you from contacting the store. Was just thinking of canceling my service and going to AT&T or Mobile again. Too bad I stupidly upgraded my phone and ordered it for pick up at this store. We came to this store to upgrade our phones. JJ got us taken care of and updated our plans and helped transfer everything to new phones. Great service.
