I asked very specific questions before signing up for a phone service, and I was flat out lied to. Since I don't remember the name of the guy that did the lying, and therefore can't just tell people to avoid him I'd just recommend to stay away from the while store itself. Combine that with the awful customer service over the phone....no, just stay away from Verizon as whole. Again, don't trust ANYTHING they promise

I just had to leave a review - I literally waited until the last day to trade-in my old phone, because I did not want to deal with “typical” cell phone store salesman. This was the best experience in a phone store I’ve ever had. I wish I could remember his name, but he helped me right away, we talked hobbies and he never once tried to upsell me something, as he knew I literally just transferred from t-mobile to them.
