About as good as you would expect. Tried to drop off equipment but you have to sign in for service. Already ported my main number elsewhere so it's not attached to my account. IE I'm not able to "sign in". Didn't approach worker as didn't want to jump the line of signed in waiting people. Note: tried online as well with basically the same result. Guess I'll wait till they contact me wanting the Equipment back.
Do not go here ! They will tell you that your phone will be $ 145 a month then when you get your bill it will be $230 a month! Once you sign the contract you got 30 days !! So once you go back to the same place you purchased your phone your left calling customer support to get it changed !! Customer support will take care of you!! Not the Verizion store they will over charge you !!! My phone bill is know $94 dollars a month that’s a $136 dollar difference a month !! This was business account also
Very unhelpful group of people walked in today to attempt to spend money and buy a screen protector for my new phone was told that I had to sign in. When I explained all I wanted to do was buy an accessory. I was told you still have to sign in sorry I’m not waiting 30 minutes to spend guaranteed money. Verizon wireless at this point is too big to fail and the female sales person that I dealt with was extremely Rude.
