About as good as you would expect. Tried to drop off equipment but you have to sign in for service. Already ported my main number elsewhere so it's not attached to my account. IE I'm not able to "sign in". Didn't approach worker as didn't want to jump the line of signed in waiting people. Note: tried online as well with basically the same result. I have been in a 2 month battle with Verizon that began with a simple trade in promo deal at the local store in Tuscaloosa, AL. Since that time, have spent 6+ hours on phone with offshore support trying to resolve as a Verizon issue on the trade in phone was preventing the promotion from being applied. Nobody could or would help, the problem wouldn't go away, and or claim responsibility for an issue that was entirely of Verizon's doing. Do not go here ! They will tell you that your phone will be $ 145 a month then when you get your bill it will be $230 a month! Once you sign the contract you got 30 days !! So once you go back to the same place you purchased your phone your left calling customer support to get it changed !! Customer support will take care of you!! Not the Verizion store they will over charge you !!! My phone bill is know $94 dollars a month that’s a $136 dollar difference a month !! This was business account also
