Holy smokes, did I have a bad experience at this Verizon location. Salesy, salesy, salesy. I went into buy a new phone replacing an old one. I knew exactly the model that I wanted. After 30 minutes of very clearly and very directly, letting the associate know that I was not interested in Verizon home Internet, changing my plan, looking at bundled services for streaming, etc., etc., the associate still brought out pricing that included all of those things. If I could give zero stars I would for Verizon in general on all locations worst place to get shit resolved typing this as im in the store waiting 5th time having to come here to try to get this resolved. Just trying to give my old phone back since I got a upgrade to new phone had to go to 3 different locations come back multiple times get told different things from different people. Just huge run around and headache just to try to give a trade in phone back.
I have been with them for 8 years they kicked me off auto payments and the tried to charge me late fees and talking to a live angel fee of $10 was on the phone for 45 min to get it resolved and was told they could take a payment I stated I needed to be reenrolled and was told thy could not do that because they are not allowed to take me bank information........ But you were going to take it for a payment? A little irritated let's saying the least.
The new store employee I worked with to resolve the problem that occurred with my online order was great 5/5 stars. The manager that he needed to keep going back to the back to ask questions deserves a 2-3/5 stars. As a patron I felt like the manager should have come out to answer my questions after the new worker went to the back with his second set of questions.
