These folks at the On 170th and Center are amazing. They will help you with anything that you need. I highly recommend I highly recommend going to them for all your needs with your cell phone. Vanessa is amazing.
I had to get a new phone and the staff was great. Tim helped me transfer all my data off my old phone to the new one. While doing that he checked to see to if he could help lower my bill. He was able to update my plan and explained the autopay to save me some money each month. Definitely recommend this location.

I had a horrible experience there today. My verizon suddenly did not work today and went this location. 'Vanessa' started working with my phone and could not figure out why it did not work. She kept saying I can change to another plan because my data is not 5G and LTE several times. She can not know why it is not working because my iphone is too old (iphone11) and my data is not 5G.
