Would not recommend this location. The manager was 20 minutes late and as he casually walked to the front door let the four other customers and myself know it would be another 20 minutes before they opened. No apology, just recommended we all go to another location if we had somewhere to be.
Tim at the west Omaha store is a true gem!! He solved all my issues! Was most helpful!!

I drive past two other Verizon stores (1 corporate/1 retailer) to get to this store. Wait times are low and service is great. Lizzy saved us money on our account and had us in and out of the store quick!
