I was in the store to get a new SIm Card because was requested for the Customer Service of Verizon to change it but I was waiting for 39 minutes and I never got the srrvuce, including never was registered to get the service, I hope they are no racist because I was the only Hispanic customer in the place for a full hour. Review: After I wrote this review I thought the Manager came to me and provide me the service. Great! I feel they respect everyone now!

Lazy..that is the only word to describe this store and their employees. I ordered a phone for pick up in store. The item was backordered but instead of calling to tell me, I had to find out going in to check on an order placed 3 hours prior. They are Verizon and have my phone number ...and there was a snow storm going on so it's not like they're were busy. Literally no customers in the store. But this isn't even what urked me. I am hoping that this post gets to any prospective customers. I have thought I have seen it all but surely you don't see anything crazier than somebody charging a customer who has already paid for their device ahead of time more money to help them set up their phone. Jan 22nd at about 230/245pm I walked into their store as I placed an order for a phone to be picked up through their kiosk pickup area. I'm already a customer.
