I had difficulty trying to transfer my information from my old phone which was dropped in to my newly purchased cell I went to 3 places trying to transfer which was unsuccessful I went to the Mt Pleasant Wi location I was greeted by the Mgr Sam he not only transfered my information but my old cell is operating. He was amazing and I highly recommend this location
Waited for 40 minutes and when it was my turn to be helped the worker looked at me and walked right past me to help a dude who literally just walked in. Time to get some new workers
Looks like I am not the only one who thinks that this specific location needs lots of customer service training. Hire a mystery shopper to check on service and you will see the whole picture.
