I called the customer service number and got little to no help and attitude, for what turned out to be a simple problem. I call and walk in to this store and the people rocked!!! Oscar was fantastic!!! Thank you!!!

I visited Verizon Wireless today to pick up my iPad, and Mario Clayton provided exceptional service. Not only did he handle my pickup efficiently, but he also went above and beyond to help me set up a new internet service for my grandmother. He is professional, patient, and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend seeing him for any of your tech needs!
I visited the Verizon store to make a return. The gentleman named Braden Deny my return stating that he could “only exchange it” Because the phone was still connected on number share to my Apple Watch. When speaking to a customer Service representative, they let me know that this is not standard process or policy, and they promptly expedited my service. I want to give kudos Ware kudos are deserved! I came into the Verizon store on Duran Avenue in Mount Pleasant Wisconsin and Dominic was the best person I’ve run into from all the different stores that I’ve been in recently with my phone issues. He was very calm very helpful and patient with me I’m an older lady and my memory is not good and my technology is not up to speed with everything that’s here right now.
