We came into the store to get some issues resolved on my wife’s phone. Braydon helped correct these problems. Braydon was great. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you go in he’ll resolve your problems and answer all of your questions.

Sam is absolutely the BEST literally is a life saver he has helped me from the first day I switched over from AT&T with so many ways to save money and get more bang for my buck 🥳🥳🥳 if I ever have a issue I go straight to him and he fixes it without a doubt 10/10 highly recommend 👍

I had a much better experience at the Verizon store on durand ave in Racine than the store on Washington Ave. The store on Durand Ave actually took there time explaining everything thoroughly and made me feel welcomed compared to your other store
