Staff was very helpful about sorting out my service change.
I change from at&t to Verizon ,David was helpful and polite,today I went there to port out my 3 lines of the 4, I have in my account, David is out for vacation,nobody wanted to help me ,at the end one guy started and another one finished with horrible attitude and told me there's a 50 dollars fee to help me transfer my pics and account's,I knew that fee doesn't even exist) I told him ,I can do that myself but I need help with the port out ,he did it as fast as he could and try to get me out of there ASAP, the attitude of the... read more
