Zachary was so helpful today. I had had a crazy day and had been 3 different verizon stores today. The first store was a good experience but they didn't have the phone that I needed. When I got to the store that had the phone, they told me that they had transferred all my data over to my new phone. They had not. Had so many issues trying to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone went to my third store. That's where zachary was.And he was absolutely amazing and very helpful. 5 stars all day. Came in not knowing exactly what I needed and left with tons of useful information and confidence in my choices. Paige was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. The manager Paige at this store is horrible, how verizon let's her keep her job is crazy. Ive had someone be so rude and not helpful at all!! Actually refused to call their own customer care team to resolve my issue, said it wasn't her job to resolve my issue or help with it.
