Super helpful. Even when my husband couldn’t remember his Apple ID - ugh- lol- they were so patient and we got him all set up on his new phone!!! Very thankful for their humor and good attitudes!
Really good customer service at this location. All of the employees are very attentive, we got Jaden and he is very knowledgeable about the plans and the upgrading system to switch our phones. Highly recommend him! He’s very patient with all questions and will make sure you know every detail about changes being made to the plan.
