After being a spectrum user for a few years, I was finally eligible for an upgrade and once I went in their store to complete it — I felt incredibly unwelcomed by the staff & ended up leaving because they didn’t know what they were doing and they said I had to pay in full for a new phone even though I was quoted otherwise from another gentleman who had no idea what he was doing as well. I came into this store seeking professional help with my phone, but received a bunch of guesses. It appears that they let anyone work here, because the amount of guesses I heard come out of these employees mouths was ridiculous. Not even fact checking themselves, just shooting from the hip and hoping no one questions them. I ended up resolving the issue on my own, these guys were no help.

This postis NOT about any particular VERIZON store, its about VERIZON as a whole. We have had verizon for years, we have insurance on our phones that we pay 19.99 per month and never filed a claim. My screen went black twice and stayed off for over 45 minutes. I submitted a claim online, at the end of was instructed to call the 866#. I called, the representative said it sounds like a phone malfunction, I can send you a refurbished phone for 49.99. EXCUSE ME? She proceeded to say thats all she can do. Horrible help! Employee tried to help figure out the issue and manager again too lazy to help! Second time I’ve been in and had issues with this store! Also after visiting this location I’ve left with multiple issues on my account! I see now why the reviews for this store are low.
