We are new to the area and this was our first visit to the store. We were greeted immediately by Christian and he proceeded to assist us in all of our Verizon needs. Christian was knowledgeable and personable (very patient) and a true asset to this company. Well done Christian!
I have been with Verizon for 5 years and have generally been happy with them BUT since my phone stopped working getting a replacement phone has been a nightmare. Customer service is a joke. Im going to give them 1 more chance and if I have this problem again Im going to gather all the phones on my plan and throw them all in the water and go back to AT&T
Pressure sales and lie about what your future bill will be
I had something going on with my phone and I went in to get it taken care of. The young man that helped me got my phone back up and running with no problem. The wait wasn't long.
