I came in to transfer my current line onto a new account, instead of helping me the agents told me I had to call or do it on the app? I clearly came in to have a professional do it and instead my account is now on hold because an error occurred during the transfer and they can't help because the customer service line is closed now -_- what's the point of coming in-store when they won't help??

I admittedly initiated a complex transaction, but they said they can do it, and a month-plus later, everything remains a mess. On April 4, 2025, I went in to do 3 three things: 1) trade in 3 old phones (for $485 in credit plus new phone deal); 2) get a new phone w/ two new phone numbers (on ONE PLAN, just like I have always had); and 3) get rid of my old number. Life-changing, for a couple reasons. Phone wouldn’t dial-out and it was a weekend. Really dreading a trip to Verizon, Denton TX. Now Monday morning, expected long waits, non-attentive staff especially because I look and act like a grandma. I thought I’d be “encouraged” to buy new phone b/c contract had expired. SURPRISE!
