Not a good customer service not a good place to go to ask anything anout verizon

Went in to get my E-sim fixed. Manager forgot she was helping me. Wasted 3 hours of my time. Had 2 or 3 different people attempt to help me. At the end was put on the phone with customer service on Verizon’s land line. Wasted more time. Shouldn’t have even came in to the store. Still have a non working phone and now more frustrations that answers.

Horrible store the workers there are rude from the males to the females and will deny service to you I don’t recommend anybody going to this horrible store and hopefully they all get fired for allowing the mgmt to cuss me out

I came in to transfer my current line onto a new account, instead of helping me the agents told me I had to call or do it on the app? I clearly came in to have a professional do it and instead my account is now on hold because an error occurred during the transfer and they can't help because the customer service line is closed now -_- what's the point of coming in-store when they won't help??
