Went into this store today to get a new phone. Josh was super nice and incredibly patient with me. There was a little bit of an issue at the beginning with me not being able to upgrade my phone because I was not an account manager. Someone else was working with me at the beginning but it definitely felt like they were not feeling it and decided to ask Josh to help me and I’m grateful they did because he was extremely kind and patient. I wanted to brag on this location but specifically Shea and Christian. I ordered two new phones yesterday about an hour and a half before closing. Had it set to go in a locker so I could pick up after hours, they got it ready quickly. I got there at 7:59pm and they close at 8pm. I went to the lockers to retrieve my items and it was giving me an error message. I went back to my car and my husband alerted me that they opened the door and were trying to see if they could help. We are new to the area and this was our first visit to the store. We were greeted immediately by Christian and he proceeded to assist us in all of our Verizon needs. Christian was knowledgeable and personable (very patient) and a true asset to this company. Well done Christian!
