They got me with the whole""your bill won't change for the next 3 years it'll stay the same""shpeel. Yet my bill went up from 70 to 145. What the neglected to say, was that that only applies for your actual phone service, not taxes surcharges Xtra services,plus you get a discount that goes away after 12 months, so they lied. When you say my BILL will remain the same,I I'll expect the entire BILL to remain the same, instead it doubled!!! I should have stayed with Metro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rizwan provided us an OUTSTANDING customer service . We came to the store with a complicated issue and he took care of it for us with such kindness besides being extremely knowledgeable! He made the whole experience pleasant and we have now a favorite Verizon store to com to . Thank you so much Rizwan! We truly appreciated you help,effort and efficiency!
One star is a stretch honestly been here multiple times for the same issue they keep fighting with Asurion over whose problem it is -now I’ve paid for insurance and a device that hasn’t worked since September and no resolution. Quite frankly the Verizon/assuring thing has to be a scam. I don’t know how it’s gone on this long, but everyone in this store in particular is the least helpful.
