My 83 yr old mother and I went to the corporate office to pick up her new phone. The man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The female who came to 'assist' us - KAT, was short, snotty, rude and definitely should find a different job than customer service. She walked up and said 'your name?' ... not 'Hello, my name is Kat, and you are?' or anything like that. Dimitri was exceptional. His level of knowledge and professionalism was outstanding and refreshing. He made recommendations that were helpful and necessary. I cannot emphasize how easily and simply he answered all of our questions. When we left we felt that there was a value in transacting in person thanks to Dimitri's helpfulness.
