I had the best experience with Allyson and Jamel at Verizon. They were so helpful and presented all the options. Five stars!
Bad customer service. Unprofessional. Staff is not trained to handle certain situations. Spent hours in the store and left with unfinished business. Next bill is incorrect due to certain devices being added to our plan that don’t exist. One employee suddenly refused to help us after said employee had already begun working with ys. the person who stepped in after that was nice and helpful but we still left with some of our items not activated which cause a huge headache. Will never return to this store.
