Professional time wasters, definitely not a professional store. Verizon lost a multi year customer. I usually never leave bad reviews. Verizon used to be the best out there but now they are just over priced and underperform. This store seems like no one knows what’s going on and like no one is trained. I would not recommend
The absolute worst. Terrible customer service, over priced phone plans, make you wait forever to answer simple questions, unhelpful and not knowledgeable. Used Verizon for years, no longer a customer they suck
Horrible customer service. Try to up sell me to make commission instead of helping with my problem. She had no clue nor wanted to fix my problem. If that was the last store left I would switch phone carriers instead of going back there.
This store sucks. Rude passive aggressive employees that are unable to help. I guess if you want help they dial a number and hand you the phone like you can’t do that from home. Complete joke might as well not have these stores they are trash and basically refuse to help or they are incompetent not sure which
If you have to stop into a Verizon location, go for this one and ask for Rebecca. Amazing service & made sure I was all set before leaving.
