I had picked up a new phone at this store on 12/27 but transfer help was not offered to me, despite a Verizon phone rep creating an order for pick up AND service. (She pushed for me to have both.) I even indicated this when the Rookwood rep handed me the phone, but he advised me to do it at home. I switched carriers from being a T-Mobile customer for 10 years to Verizon back in August and the service is great. However, I got a pixel 10 and I erase the esim which I've done that before and haven't had any issues reactivating service. However, this time they was unable to validate account via text and they could not help me remotely, which I think is pretty ridiculous considering that I was able to give them my account number and validate anything they asked me.
