Probably the worst store I’ve ever been too. Staff is unhelpful and can’t do anything right. Traded a phone in and it took Verizon almost 6 months to credit my account because a staff member 1) Didn’t note the account properly 2) Didn’t send back the phone I traded in. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

verizon shows no difference then t mobile in fact they make them similar you can have your own line with t mobile and your own line with verizon but verizon won’t make your phone a verizon phone if they find out your with t mobile they will make your phone an t mobile alike phone not a verizon phone and that’s why i don’t like being on there phone plan idk why they do this why would i buy a phone from Verizon and it won’t be a verizon phone it will be a T-Mobile phone I don’t care what t mobile doing when I’m dealing with my... read more
Andy took the time to find a great deal for me on a new phone and monthly service. Jamel finished up the transaction. Both were very friendly and helpful. So far so good. I am pleased with the service I received (just before closing time too!).
Professional time wasters, definitely not a professional store. Verizon lost a multi year customer. I usually never leave bad reviews. Verizon used to be the best out there but now they are just over priced and underperform. This store seems like no one knows what’s going on and like no one is trained. I would not recommend
