I spent a long time at the Verizon store in Rookwood Pavilion getting a new phone and watch. The store manager, Adam, and another associate, Des, were very kind to me and explained everything in detail for me to understand. Please consider going to this store for your Verizon needs!
In the end my girl got her phone but it took a week of back and forth and arguing with them over everything from suspected fraud ( because I paid online with my card for her phone ) to having to call the credit office to.get them to fix the allotted funds for the phone. Just left this store after a 2 hour tech support issue... I was having issues transferring my phone number from AT&T. The closing manager there with the red hair was extremely patient even though I came in extremely frustrated having already attempted to resolve the issue unsuccessfully via 4 hours on the phone with Verizon. I wish I had just came to this store first. We were in the store Monday evening and had a great experience. I was lucky that Rebekah answered my phone call that afternoon and was able to work with us and help our family switch networks. She was very knowledgeable when I called and even more importantly extremely pleasant to work with in store.
