I would give negative stars if I could. Isabelle started the interaction saying she probably couldn't help me and I guess I'll give her points for honesty because she was so vastly unhelpful, a moldy fish could have been more useful. I do not understand why anyone at Verizon couldn't help me transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone.
