Be aware of this company people used my husband information to purchase an iPhone and IPad and Verizon will not take any responsibility.Stay away from this fraudulent company
They have the most unprofessional and unpleasant staff members. Their behavior is rude, and they treat customers disrespectfully. I have been refused services twice, and I won't even begin to mention the annoyed expressions they display. In contrast, I visited the Verizon store on Canal Street regarding the same issue, and the staff there were friendly and professional. This experience has been incredibly disappointing; they need to improve.
Jesse Soto was an absolute star today. I would never usually write a review for something like this, but his customer service was so amazing that I had to. He sat with us for nearly 2 hours whilst we set up our new business account with Verizon. He was so helpful, really patient and a pleasure to work with. Verizon management - you have a fantastic asset with Jesse on your team!
