If i could give a negative review, this place would deserve it. I overheard and witnessed an incident this month that was ridiculous. There was a VERIZON issue that a customer was having and the level of disrespect and degrading that the customer experienced was unprofessional at best. Avoid at all costs. I used for 2 months being charged for 3. Advertised self installment is a scam to drag you into service costing 180 usd poor unhelpful untrained staff. I will need to file a lawsuite.
Five stars for Fernando!!! He was so incredibly helpful. We were having issues with our business account and he truly went above and beyond to help us solve the problem. Our nuclear option was closing the account entirely, and I’m glad that Fernando was able to help us sort it out and get back on track.
Apart from the asian lady who works there, the others are absolutely insufferable. Service matches that of USPS.
