Went in to drop off a phone had to wait 45min for what literally a 2min exchange. I can't understand why they can't dedicate a person to take returns. I wasn't the only one that waited that long. Just because it is a return doesn't make it unimportant, that is money in the pocket of the customer. I've been a verizon customer for over 24 years with multiple phones. I will most likely be looking to move at the end of this contract.
Always have to wait when you go in for any kind of assistance. I went in to get information on phone payoff and how to transfer my number to another carrier. As soon as that was mentioned the last dropped answering my questions and began talking to the customer that entered after me.
Save yourself a headache and go to a different store. I bought a phone and the camera was defective so I returned it to the store. They exchanged it for a new one and then charged me $299 without telling me because my screen was cracked. I had the insurance that had free screen repair and when I explained this, the sales rep (clearly NOT customer service rep) said too bad. I left and went to a different store and they happily helped me out and had the charge removed.
They need to change the chairs in the center of the store the extremely loud
