Jamie, Yolanda, Owen, and Kentrell went well beyond expectations to assist me at Verizon. After I paid $900 to settle my 17 pro max and obtain the new iPhone 18 pro max, customer service provided incorrect details. They spent more than two hours in the store resolving the issue, contacted customer service on my behalf, and remained past closing to ensure everything was handled. Their patience, kindness, and dedication marked the entire experience. I am deeply grateful for their exceptional customer service.

Sierra was a joy to work with. I had a complicated deal with six different phones and a lot of issues with each and she managed to make it all happen. Gonna ask for her now every time I come in.

Called in to ask if I could pick up a sim card. Representative from store was extremely rude. He responded back "yeah it's a cell phone store, there's sim cards at cell phone stores" Yeah no shit, sherlock. If I could order one I would. You can't just walk into these stores and expect to get every answer your looking for. Hence why I called before wasting their time, or mine. Name was Corben. Would not recommend wasting your time here. Go to a different store.
