Ordered a phone online, went to pick it up and the salesman couldn't find my order. Kinda dismissed by him. Asked to speak to a manager. The manager was told, looked at me then disappeared. Asked another sales guy that seemed more put together, he was able to figure it all out. My advice: stick to a Verizon Company store. No up sales, I was able to have my information ported over and out the door. The Verizon by Taco Bell get 10 stars. Keep away from this place, better alternatives in this area.

I was a victim of the store. Charged for items I do not possess or know to whom the extra lines and phones I did not order are assigned. Returned to the store to complain, was told there was a system glitch and all would be corrected within a week. Told I would not owe over $300 later this month and over 200 monthly. I called Verizon company and filed a complaint. They told me the store on Dressler had not means to change anything. I am a senior citizen and I feel this played a role in this theft.
