Wait too long to be treated with the utmost disrespect. I have never been treated so poorly in customer service. The woman I worked with was too busy bashing the other local store that she failed to hear that I love that other store and its staff and I had not come to this store complaining but explaining and just needed quick help. I went back to the other store and was treated right. Never again will I step foot in this corporate location.
Angel was such a great help, sat with me through calling Verizon, and we fixed the voicemail issue! No wait and not too busy. Thank you so much!!!
