My husband went to verizon the other day. He said there are promos going on that I should look into. He met with RJ. Because RJ was so helpful with my husband, we simply wanted to see him when my husband and I returned. RJ was very helpful, so pleasant, patient and went above and beyond to assist us (seniors) ! We upgraded our plan, purchase two new phones. Definitely a nice guy! Thank You RJ! Appreciate It
RJ was great! He was patient, funny, and extremely helpful. He was able to get me a brand new phone and lower my monthly bill. He made sure my photos and memories transferred seamlessly to my new phone, set me up with a new number, and answered all of my questions. He made getting my new phone fun and easy! I will definitely be going back to him for any further needs.
RJ was excellent. He explained everything and got me a great deal on a new Samsung S25. Great service
