Today I had the best experience with RJ Santiago. After struggling for months with some pop up issues on my phone, this very patient man helped me to correct my very frustrating issues. We went in recently mostly to buy a Samsung smartwatch for me, although my partner was hoping to find a screen protector for an older model Apple phone. I did end up buying a watch from the Galaxy series. I have never had one before (only a fitbit), but I use the Samsung health app every day. I am starting a job where I will be walking a lot and won't be able to have my phone on, so I wanted something that synced with the app. One disadvantage is that they don't come in a woman's size and I have very small wrists.
