Poor customer service. We were told it was too busy to help us and that we should call customer service. When we explained that we had, they said they couldn't help us.
RJ was absolutely amazing! He helped both my mom and I yesterday and my daughter today. Needless to say, the amount of patience he has is above and beyond!! Outstanding personality and customer service. He was able to answer all questions my mom, myself and my daughter had. I would highly recommend working with him for all your Verizon needs!
RJ was awesome in helping me purchase the right I phone for me! He was very patient as we went through the process of setting up my new phone! He has a great personality and a calm demeanor. He is a wonderful team asset and representative for Verizon.
Went to Verizon South Windsor store today and met an amazing employee RJ. He was patient and kind and walked me through a review of my phone plan (of 7 phone lines !) we were able to sort out the best options for my busy military family. He is a gem and in days where customer service is lacking in most places, he is a shining star! Verizon is lucky to have him as an employee !
