I would like to recognize Justin for his exceptional customer service. His knowledge of the process for upgrading our Verizon iPhones (all four of them) was exceptional. He is very personable and is a great representative for Verizon!
While it was a busy day, someone made sure to check in with me and I was seen quickly. Terrance was able to help me out quickly and went out of his way to make things easier for me. While I am leaving Verizon due to other reasons, Terrance did an awesome job and deserves a huge shout out! He made sure my visit was a fast and positive experience

I ordered a phone through the app and see this location for me to pick it up. As soon as I walked in the guy asked how he could help me. Told him I was picking up a phone. He asked for id and went to get my phone. Came back and said “ here’s your new iPhone”. And just looked at me. I advised him that I chose to have a professional transfer my data.
