Had to get my Apple Watch fixed ended up with a later version for a great price. Mike the Verizon team member was awesome very helpful and honest. 10 out of 5 on customer satisfaction!
Please don’t go to this store. Went in person to get a phone. Worker said with my plan being so old they changed the new policy to where I’d have to start paying for Disney etc and I said no. Found out 4 months later I’ve been getting billed for Disney this whole time. Secondly, my checking account had fraud so I closed my account. I went into the Verizon store and paid in person and told the worker it won’t go through to take the card off as to why I’m paying in person. What doesn’t happen? MATT IS A LIFE SAVER. He was fabulous whenever I upgraded my phone and added a watch to my line. And then he saved the day again when it came to fixing something that a verizon tech messed up. An hour on the phone and Matt fixed the problem in 15 min. He is so nice and personable. I CANT RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH. THANK YOU MATT!!! 🙏 Give this man a raise!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in today (July 9th at 10 am). The manager at this store was extremely disrespectful and curt. My grandmother had been with Verizon for years before a couple of months ago. All of the sudden, her phone showed that it was blacklisted on the lost and stolen list. Her new provider said it showed that Verizon was the one to block it. Verizon said that it wasn't them. I don't care who did it and I'm not trying to argue that, I just wanted to get it resolved.
