Good experience today!
Saved money on my bill, got a new home Internet connection, a new iPhone, added a line, setup will be tomorrow. This is a corporate store. They are much more knowledgeable about Verizon than reseller/partner Version stores. Very happy with them.
This is the worst verizon store. I’ve honestly had a really frustrating experience with Verizon. The billing is confusing and way higher than what was originally explained to me. Every time I try to get clarification, I end up getting different answers from different representatives, which just makes things worse. This location in liberty and Customer service has been disappointing too. Long wait times, being transferred multiple times, and still not getting a clear resolution is exhausting.
