Dont get scammed like we did. We opened up a business account with 4 lines they claimed $25 a line and everyone was super nice they gave us new phones after trading in our old ones. We had some credit that they applied that paid for the bills for a couple of months. After that i started getting $500 charges and $400 charges and when i call the business account manager JOHN he isnt as nice anymore and dosent answer my calls or texts, not once not twice it happened like 4-5 times. I just went to this location to add a few lines to my plan. We currently have 4 lines and wanted to add two more. The cost was going to be substantially more. I called customer service and they were able to accommodate my new lines at the same rate we are currently paying. I went in to ask the manager and he said he could suddenly match what they could offer online. Don’t bother going to this store. Just call customer service as they are less likely to rip you off.
