Nobody will answer the phone to help me after I got scammed into getting a phone and when I tried to cancel they made it the hardest process to get if off my bill
Aaron was amazing! We were led down a rabbit hole of “promotional savings” by a franchise store and our bill was outrageous! He knew right away why I was flustered and sat down with me and went through our bill. He highlighted all the things that were costing me extra money, and even went above and beyond to help me through the customer service phone call to remove the extra charges. Super patient and willing to truly figure out your bill!
Customer service is terrible!! The lady there was very rude. Anita and Julien lied to us twice then said that we were wrong. There’s no need to argue and then start talking shit at the door before going into the back. I recommend going to literally any other Verizon store than this one
