Please update your store hours on Google. I checked Google before coming to the Verazon Store in Wheaton, Illinois, and it showed that the store was open, but when I arrived, the store was closed. This is very confusing for customers who drive here based on the hours listed online. I now have to wait almost an hour until the store actually opens. Please make sure the hours are accurate so customers don’t waste their time or make an unnecessary trip.
My husband and I came in to change our plans because we didn’t want to do this online. The rep didn't seem interested in helping us than left for 10 minutes and came back trying to upsell us their internet plan. My husband came home and made the phone plan change online. Why the rep couldn’t do this is anyone’s guess.
We had a pretty terrible experience at the Danada Verizon. It turned into an 8 hour day at the store because they had quite a bit of trouble. A certain associate was pretty condescending throughout the day, only to find out he was incorrect. We have had positive experiences there too but this last one might be the last experience we have at this specific store
Kesha, Tyler, and their manager were absolutely amazing. They helped me with an issue that I’ve been having since December. They are amazing! They got it resolved in store for me, explained why it happened, talked with their representatives over the phone to better explain the situation, and actually got my issue resolved. The ONLY thing that deserves ZERO stars (actually negative stars because it’s that bad) is Verizon’s online chat support and their customer support line.
