Went to the Wheaton Verizon store get help with a phone that stopped working; assuming it was the battery. Had limited time during lunch, but when I walked in I was quickly approached by Dorian. I had zero wait time. Dorian explained the various options/promotions to get a new phone vs working with a third party for a battery replacement. I walked out with a new phone in less than an hour with no additional cost to my plan. Could have not gone any better. Appreciate your help today Dorian!
Amazed that Mike, an employee of Verizon would not tell me the current promotions as it was the end of the month and it would waste my time. Proceeded to tell me that I was rude when I asked him to explain anyway. When I suggested, Mike asked me to leave and pointed to the door. All this with Jose the Verizon manager looking on. My 15 year relationship with Verizon will end when my contract is up this month. Customer service is important Mike and Jose. Maybe your boss doesn’t care how you operate but you represent poorly.
We had a great experience with the staff at this location, worked with Tyler on upgrading and making changes to our phone and plans. He was very helpful in making sure it was the best offers we could get at the time. Thanks.
