Kesha, Tyler, and their manager were absolutely amazing. They helped me with an issue that I’ve been having since December. They are amazing! They got it resolved in store for me, explained why it happened, talked with their representatives over the phone to better explain the situation, and actually got my issue resolved. The ONLY thing that deserves ZERO stars (actually negative stars because it’s that bad) is Verizon’s online chat support and their customer support line. Verizon. Spectacular service and Veri Verizon!
I arrived without an appointment and was greeted promptly. Three customers were helped in front of me, all with appointments, so that was understandable. However, although I was waiting, the fourth employee present decided that chatting with one of the three customers made more sense than helping me. Four employees, four customers needing help seems like obvious math to me, but this store's employees seem to be unable to manage even that basic addition. Common sense isn't very common in 2026.
Not interested in helping my account concern, other than handing me a list of Verizon phone numbers.
Corey, Xavier, and Ty are truly the epitome of quality customer service. All 3 professionals assisted, directed, and instructed my wife and I on renewing our service, as it was falsely interrupted. I appreciate their patience, positive energy, and savvy info
