After problems with my online order getting to the Groton store I spent a hour on the phone getting my order straightened out. I had to go to Waterford to get my items and yes it was busy and only 3 workers so I had to wait for a bit to get my pick up order. Josh assisted me with switching everything over and while helping me he was also able to assist other customers during this time. Very pleasant and polite young man that never once let any customer wait for acknowledgement. 5 +Stars to Josh !
A total nightmare!!! Went in for new phones and a new plan. They said our old numbers wouldn't switch over for a couple days so they gave us two new numbers to use in the meantime. 4 hours of phone time and a visit to another store and our plan is finally done correctly... I hope! Also i declined the insurance Four times and they signed me up anyway. I will never go back there.
