The service guy, Michael was amazing.
I waited patiently and without complaint for 25 minutes to try get a warranty claim done on my phone only to look up to see the associate helping another employee, in uniform, with his phone problem. This employee was not waiting in the line as a customer the best that I can tell. I was not upset until I realized a store employee had basically cut in front of me in line and no one seemed to think there was anything wrong with this.
