Ask for a Samsung Galaxy S23. Your life will be forever changed, believe me. Android is 100% better than IPhone, don't even get me started. Excellent service except that they are biased towards iPhone users sooooo...watch out folks. I was extremely satisfied with their Andriod collection, very impressed indeed. BEST EMPLOYEES EVER! I got locked out of a business account and verizon told me over the phone that they couldn’t help, well THIS VERIZON HELPS!!!!! Go here to solve your problems, don’t trust just the helpline because we got some smarties working here that can fix issues!!!!! 10/10 service and they are nice too.
The wait wasn't too long and the representative was friendly, he got me out of there fast.
