The representative was vile and rude. You shouldn't communicate with a customer like they are dumb. When customer service told me that I needed to go to a corporate location to finish handling my defected device issue. Very unprofessional. Then there were two other dudes that was snickering in the background and the other black guy with almost baldish gray hair was basically ganging up on me like I'm incompetent as well. I want to give a special thanks to the manager at this Brentwood MO location for being such a big help and going above and beyond in helping me and my brother get his phone service corrected and turned back on. My brother was in a bad situation where he needed to get his phone service working because hes a truck driver and he had to walk couple miles to your store to try to get the situation resolved.
