The representative was very nice and had what I needed after going to the Creve Coeur store.
Paid for a "free" phone. Seriously it's a joke these ads lure people in with the word free but nothing is free.
This store stole $50 from me I don’t have an account and left and out of store with no equipment. Unable to deliver on plans for new business account I opted out of all services never even left store with phone.
Good service however the worker that helped me seemed superficial, just overall a bit rude because I asked if I could use their bathroom he wouldn’t let me, I’ve never doubt with anything like this at other Verizon’s, AT&Ts places like that. I had to hold it till I got back home which was very uncomfortable.
Came in to pay a bill, the gentleman that assisted me had to read numbers on my phone because I forgot my glasses, he took my phone got on setting and changed font size, really nice guy
