While I am very upset with the craziness of the billing issues I have been having with the billing department, I am more than happy with Seth at the Brentwood Store. He was able to make sense of what the billing department took 1.5 hrs to try to work out and failed. He also did it with grace and kindness. Thank you, Seth!
James helped me with getting a new phone and setting it up and made the process seamless. I was surprised at how quick and easy it was he was very helpful.
We had the best experience with Paul Phillips at this location yesterday. We’ve been Verizon customers for years and decided to upgrade one of our phones while on vacation. Paul was so friendly, patient, and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the product and process making it an easy enjoyable experience. Seriously, the best experience I’ve ever had in a Verizon Store. Went into store to drop off WiFi box to be returned the service representative was so rude .I never experienced anything like it to the point I had to walk out with the WiFi box and return at a different location.I wish I would've got his name he needs to be fired!!!
I had the best experience at this Verizon store! We were greeted immediately when we came in, and we had only a short wait before Sean came to help us. I was there with my mom, and he made sure she had a comfortable seat not on a high stool, which really, isn’t that kind? Sean went above and beyond for us—got my mom switched from T Mobile to my account, taking advantage of the current free IPhone 16 promotion, set us up with improved WiFi for her home, found another promotion so I could trade in my Apple Watch, and helped me... read more
